Europe and especially your country, should really start to get concerned if Turkey decides to drop it's european ambitions and not the other way around.

I would like to selflessly offer Turkey Greece's place in the European Union. I suspect many Greeks would gladly offer it to them. The truth is Turkey is fast tuning into a Islamic theocracy and has no place in a Christian club.

Now as to the threats on Greece from Turkey i wouldn't loose sleep over it.Turkey has more immediate problems to deal with-including 20 million+ Kurds
actively fighting for independence.More than half of the Turkish army is stationed in the south east of the country.

Lets wait and see how mullah Erdogan will react when the winds of change blowing from the Arab world reach Diyabakir.

Sarkozy is right.Turkey's recent history depicts a country which has nothing in common with the European culture whatsoever.

Does mullah Erdogan believe that 500 million Europeans are going to give free rights of movement to 80 million Muslims in a democratic vote? All the evidence to date gathered by recent polls points to an overwhelming rejection of Turkish entry into EU.

Mind you that a lot of people would argue that aa turkish entry into EU will finish off the EU project sooner rather than later.

Europe is a Christian continent! It should reamain that way. Muslims have tried for centuries to invade and destroy Europe so they know their place is not here.

This is what happens when a Western country alligns itself with RUSSIA for its energy needs rather than the Middle East which controls the US & UK with oil and is flooding them with Muslim immigrants.

Sarkozy said the mainly Muslim nation, with its 75 million people and a growing economy, does not belong to Europe, and he has been pushing for a special partnership, a view shared by German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
