Winston,

We are still waiting for you or anyone else to provide even the least bit of evidence concerning the false Serb accusations of "organ harvesting".

Peggy

In Serbia "higher level" means doing nothing. We have seen how searching for Mladic in a "higher level" has brought results.

Well, as an Albanian I am really interested in ANOTHER investigation which must give a final answer on this issue! If proof is found, criminals should go to jail, if not Serbia should shut up once and forever with this, which according to me is just BS!Why?Dudes, where Serbs pretend that the organ harvesting took place there is no water and electricity, imagine have surgeries done in the Albanian mountains. For years people disinfictate with their pee in that region, you tell me that have taken kidneys out of Serbian bodies...Whatever, if it happened and nobody gets caught, I hope they all rotten in hell.

I have two "small" problems with Jeremic.

First in hid poiny that "...most UN Security Council member states supported Serbia's demand at last week's session. The most vocal were Russia and China, along with Brazil, India, South Africa, Gabon and a few others."

Most of the coutries of UNSC have recognised Kosovo's independence...and Jeremice doesn't want to listen.

and secondly,

"If all crimes committed in the territory of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia have been investigated under a UN Security Council’s mandate so far, we cannot accept that the accusations of organ trafficking, where most of the victims were Serb, be treated any different.

The difference is that the victims from the Serbian terror of Milloshevic were cristal clear in defiance of any UN rules/law.

Dick Marti has given no evidence BUT POLITICAL ANTIALBANIAN speeches....and that IS THE PROBLEM.

This is first time I saw this story from The Economist - see how the american propaganda mill spikes stories that make america look bad..

There was much chortling across the Balkans last year when Mr Pacolli took a large party of Kosovars to Libya as part of his attempt to get Mr Qaddafi to abandon his pro-Serbian stance and to recognise the country. At one point the whole party was flown to the middle of a desert to meet the Libyan leader.

On arriving, Mr Gaddafi ordered them to sing and dance. When they ran out of tunes they were reprimanded by an aide. Eventually the good colonel told them they could stop, before dismissing them with words to the effect that he would never recognise Kosovo as long as their leaders remained American poodles. With that, the humiliated Kosovars were sent home.

Agim you make excuses and deny KLA and Albanian atrocities in KiM on a daily basis, that is why your name was mentioned. Wake up, dude, you can't be that dumb. How many more articles do you have to see in world media to figure out there is something foul coming out of Pristina?

Agim Kelmendi

Kosovo-USA, Liberale, Ben, Kalemendi, and all you other Albanian sympathizers, you are the ones with your heads buried up your butts, and refuse to see what the world community has seen and is talking about.
[link]
Making excuses for, and denying that KLA thugs did, and are doing no wrong, will keep Kosovo in the gutter forever. Only when the general public admits that it must rid itself of the criminals in Pristina, will KiM begin to move forward. But I guess that is very difficult for Albanians, because admitting that Thaci is a murdering, organ-harvesting, thug, would be admitting that the KLA itself is criminal, and that would be an enormous bitter pill to swallow. Care for some water, Albanians?

To be honest, he didn't die mysteriously. If you read the transcripts it is quite obvious the Hague denied him the heart treatment he needed. He requested this treatment by his elected doctors time and again but it was constantly denied.

I think they are waiting for Seselj to die also but he seems much healthier. Perhaps he'll be found hanging in his cell.

The NATO court in the Hague needs investigating and I hope China will push for it. The foot is in the door. Check -> http://jurist.org/paperchase/2010/08/icty-orders-independent-investigation-of-witness-intimidation-at-seselj-trial.php

"If all crimes committed in the territory of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia have been investigated under a UN Security Council’s mandate so far, we cannot accept that the accusations of organ trafficking, where most of the victims were Serb, be treated any different. If they are, it would be hard to fight the impression that there are double standards in the implementation of international justice, and that there are people in whose best interest it is that the full truth not be discovered. I do not want to believe that is true," the minister added.

Well Vuk, I've got news for you, it's true. Wake up!! Why do you think war criminals like Naser Oric are walking freely even though they bragged about and showed video footage of their attrocities?? The organ harvesters Thaci and Haradinaj are walking freely and involved in government. War criminals like Wesley Clark, Tony Bliar, Madeline Albright...are not even prosecuted. Be a man, and call them out on this anti-Serb double standard. The evidence is overwhelming.

How many points does the Hague get for not being able to pin anything on Milosevic. However, as a result, Milosevic mysteriously dies.

Does the Hague get bonus points for a engaging Vojislav Seselj into a 7 year trial and still nothing.

Why don't you climb down off your camel and see what actually is going on in Kosovo?

Firstly, you got no victims, and you got nobody who is even running away from prosecution, what you lack is common sense and a backbone to talk like a men.

For a foreign minister you sure as hell are not articulating any facts so much so that the Serbs are looking foolish in all the message boards across the internet, filled with myths maybes and whatnots.

Judge wolf Jeremic has already seen the evidence and decided, too bad from the 600 plus number it went to 300, from there to 100 and on martys latest comic it appeared a few less than 10.

The extra pathetic points go to him (vuk) for going further than just Kosovo. None of the gibberish Serb fabrications are sticking on the wall so he has to dirty others???

Knut

The Serbian Foreign Minister is absolutely correct in pointing out the double standard. However, given that both UN and NATO covered up these crimes, it would be more prudent for an investigation to be carried out by a body that has no "blood on its hands" so to speak which is still credible. (e.g. the CoE a body created by the Security Council which is completely independent of the UN and staffed by persons who are not nationals of a NATO member state.)
