The government in Kosovo can promise nothing because it’s not a government in the true sense of the word. It was established with outside aid and cannot survive for one minute without it. It’s a charade – giving the appearance of legitimacy, but the powers backing it knowing quite well that if they step back for a micro second it will collapse like a deck of cards.
What can that government do to improve the standard of living in Kosovo? Nothing, because it cannot bring industry to the region. Its only purpose is to serve outside powers and will be around as long as it does just that.
Let’s break the delusion bubble that the Albanians have once and for all about an “independent Kosovo”. Jadranka Kosor was recently visiting a new factory in Croatia and she had around her a group of newly employed workers who were asking questions. One asked Kosor why does the Croatian Government not expend more energy to entice foreign manufacturing to relocate to Croatia? Kosor’s reply was “we are a small country and do not have the population to attract manufactures or the industry. We have tried everything, but industry is not interested”.
Now to compare Kosovo to Croatia is ludicrous as it would be like comparing Niger to Germany.
As the economic situation continues to bite in the EU and the money is running out and the US is losing its grip on everything it once held, there is only one path for Kosovo whether the Albanians like it or not and that is (to use the words in one paper that was done for the World Bank/IMF) close economic cooperation with Serbia that would leave Kosovo under Belgrade’s control as any other action is not an option.

Bogdanović is correct. We have a "prime minister" accused of organ trafficking/murder/terrorism and a "president" accused of bribing and money laundering. Great combination but are there any clean alternatives? Now that looks elusive in the land of crime.

Who is accused? Give us something that proves our PM is accused.

The only reason why this government is "not promising" is the very fact that they don't bow to Belgrad. But that is merely something what each one of those 2 Mio Albanians does and always will do. We will not bow and you will keep on whining.

Probably it takes some more time for Albanians to realize that Thaci and his buddies are a disaster and harmful for Kosovo. I wouldn't be proud to be a citizen of an 'mafia state', only because some (former) criminals manipulate elections to form a government with dirty hands again.

Before anyone comments on the + 70 rating, nothing to do with me, guv. Either someone's having a bit of a laugh or I should seriously think of running for public office!

The only Kosovar government acceptable for Serbia, would be a government led by Rahman Morina, or like minded quislings, that would re-introduce apartheid and genocide on the majority of the population. Every other government would not be "promissing".
Hey Serbs, we don't elect governments to be "promissing" to you - we elect them to be "promissing" to us. Live with it!

Ignoring who said it, what bit of what he said don't you agree with? Very many Albanians - even a majority? - think Thaci is a disaster and the Serbs are slowly but surely being ethnically cleansed, so who do you think the government is good for, apart from beneficiaries of Thaci's and Pacolli's patronage?

Of course he is going to say this, it is his job to criticise Kosovo whenever he can; he will never say anything positive about Kosovo. Therefore his words are un-creditable and unreliable.

Bogdanović is of the opinion that as soon as it faces its first serious obstacle, the Kosovo government will resort to certain extreme moves, start creating tensions and mounting pressures on Kosovo Serbs, so as to secure the support it needs to survive.

wow, never knew Bogi was so smart.
I still don't know who does Bogi represent!? OPS, his bosses in Belgrade, including his pocket.

There was nothing promising in the last century when Serbia took Kosova in 1912 under their government.

Therefor the Kosovars will never come back under Serbian rule.

The best you can hope for is to be 2 good neighbours (but I'll bet even that you can not).

"Bogdanović is of the opinion"

“We have already witnessed this in Kosovo, and the local Albanians have met such moves with approval,”

"Bogdanović noted that he did not expect much use from the Serb ministers in the Kosovo government, because “Serb ministers have not done anything to prevent the disconnection of mobile services, they have not helped the return of the Serb population and have failed to help secure the freedom of movement for all people.”"

Oh your ridiculous lies and fabrications again.

Kosovo has its own services for mobile that work 100% deal with it. If not Preshevo tower goes up courtesy of Kosovo ;)

And as for your "returnees". You want mercenaries in ridiculous numbers, even thought you have a total 200.000 people from the whole of Serbia, you think you can use those as weapons and target a specific past war theater? No chance buddy.
