"Bessa" is a name of several cameras made by or under the name of Voigtländer. If you see a Bessa-II (Albanian or not) in particular with Heliar lens - please feel free to call 1-800-ATAMAN
I know how to recycle it for you, just give it to me, no problem if it is Albanian :-)
(there is rarely one which goes under 1000 Bucks on eBay)
Now if you mean "Besa", that's an other case. That word AFAIK is full of controversies but I doubt a foreigner, a woman or a child would be ever affected. Me thinks it's a "good" old peder problem. Maybe Albanian, maybe Serb, don't care less - nothing of "besa", hope he rots in jail forever.

The solution is that it's probably just a troll.
R.I.P. to the boy. Child murderers have often sexual motives. Luckily very untypical for Balkans but even there do happen. Who commit such crime should get a life sentence without parole because this kind of mental illness can't be cured and they can strike anywhere anytime again.
