Yeah...2 million vietnamese dead vrsus 70 000 american, that's a huge ''bloody'' nose indeed...it is easy to write a number and then''dead'' on internet...treast and sad, i m part of these comments because this is the human nature afterall,

Dictatorships, tyranic states, communist states and fundamentalists states have no respect for human life

1st: If youve only lost less then a 10th of what your opponent has lost and pull out; then thats pretty pathetic.

Right now I am digging on Ceku, Thaci, and all of Marty's organ harvesting revelations that turned your beloved Kosovo Liberation Army's reputation into modern day human monsters that give people and children nightmares. Later I am having some friends over and we are going to dig on some old CNN footage of KLA running away up the famous hill back to Albania, while all along slipping and sliding over one another with no skirts in sight to hide under. In the meantime, why don't you look up the definition of the word independence so we can both groove and dig on it together. Can you dig that?
(Johnny Nike, 21 February 2011 19:47)

I'd rather a tarnished reputation than a tarnished reality.

(JohnBoy, 21 February 2011 19:23) "

Didn't do much checking on that one, did you? The Vietnamese are more worried about the Chinese than the Americans these days - probably why they participated in joint US-Vietnamese naval exercises in the South China Sea last year.

The Vietnamese gave the US a bloody nose and then moved on. There's more bitterness in Serbia than there is in Vietnam towards us. The Vietnamese have dealt with invasions for centuries - they shrug and say, we weren't the worst they've seen. The government is wary about our pushing democracy, but they have no objections to US investments. A lot of the "boat people" have gone back, with experience in running a business, and want to help their country of origin develop by applying what they learned in the US.

I'd rather a tarnished reputation than a tarnished reality.

Maybe Putin will visit Mitrovica; that'll show you how "independent" kosovo is. I know Vuk likes to travel, but he shouldn't waste too much time in Vietnam. Vietnam will never do any political favors for the us; they can never forget 8 years of war and free bombing and over a million Vietnamese deaths.

Have you ever been in Russia, living in Russia?
Have you ever had any experience dealing with Russians, Yeltsin, Putin, to be so sure in your comments ?
I have been living there for 6 years, partially during Yelstin time and then Putin time, reality is far but far away from what you keep on hammering here on Putin! He is certainly the last one you want to find on your way...
This being said, of course it is good that Russia is there today where it is, just to counter the United State of Arrogance. (eventhough Russia could be certainly be much further had Putin not made so many mistakes..)

Spanking is relatively harmless compared with yanking out those body organs!

The US have been leaning extremely heavily on little tiny states to give 'recognitions' to their invention.

Perhaps Mr Putin could provide a counter-lean to get some de-recognitions.
(Bob, 21 February 2011 14:31)

Already happening, Djibouti is formalising derecognition at the moment, and Serria Leone is probably going to follow suit

Yes. But in a comment about Putin, maybe some people should remember that Russians got a little bit more than just a bloody nose in their Afghanistan war which happened not so long ago.

Yeah...2 million vietnamese dead vrsus 70 000 american, that's a huge ''bloody'' nose indeed...it is easy to write a number and then''dead'' on internet...treast and sad, i m part of these comments because this is the human nature afterall, ...Dictatorships, tyranic states, communist states and fundamentalists states have no respect for human life, vietnamese and afganis have been killing their own in the wars more, a couple a thousand of ''yankees'' vs millions of afganis and vietnamese, and in afghanis and vietnamese mostly they were innocent civilian killed by their own , you know, ak-47 have killed more people than atomic bombs and plane rockets pilled together in history...russians and americans at least didn't go around killing their own citizens...

Maybe, but someone like Tadic might actually enjoy it.

And did the Yankees ever learned from the Soviet experience in Afghanistan or their own debacle in Vietnam? The answer to me is obviously a big fat NO!

1st: If youve only lost less then a 10th of what your opponent has lost and pull out; then thats pretty pathetic.
