I am glad for first time in 2 months time that has spoken about victims, but still we have to see the names, which is no harm or danger to anyone by publishing the victims names.
So, please Mr publish those names.

Mr Kelmendi, have you, by any chance, read the report?

Amongst it states

"Most Sources were only willing to provide short answers and tried to obscure their specific roles in the operation, This was due in part to fears that the information could be traced back to them by the KLA"

What difference does it make, you always ask for names here, names there. Can you for once (very doubtfully) realize that YES something horrible did happend. It is not about only Mr Marty's report, it is about the entire players in this region having known what was happening !!
As as many times mentionned it is not about if, what when the truth will finally be uncovered.
There is not a week passing where new confirmation are poping up from organizations involved in the region.
Good luck to my compatriote Mr Marty and congratulations for his great job, since he started, a lot of informations started leaking in the press....

Maybe not in a normal country. But in a pseudo-state like Kosovo where higest ranking politicians up to the prime minister were probably involved in those crimes (and they still deny that they happened at all), everyone who has any connection might be in danger: Witnesses, relatives, maybe even some minor perpetrators who would like to free their souls from the burden of lies and crimes and want to testify against the persons who ordered it.

Really? Why would you want to know the names? What difference does that make to you? Let the UN know their names and investigators pertaining to the case. All witnesses should remain protected to the highest degree. Don't you know how many witness have been murdered or threatened to keep silent? With these criminals ready to kill or bribe anyone in their why on earth would you ever let them know who is giving information about them. A criminal ALWAYS makes mistakes and no matter how much they lie the truth will always come out. Justice will catch up to Thaci and his cronies sooner or later. I'd hate to be living in his hell right now, not knowing what tomorrow holds. All I can say is may God have mercy on his soul.

You obviously would like to see these witness dead, Agim. That is exactly what would happen to them, and probably their families, just like the fate that met the poor souls that were to testify against Haradinaj. These witnesses would have giant targets on their backs, and labelled traitors. If you, and your fellow Thaci/KLA supporters, truly want justice served, you would want protection for these witnesses, and not desire their elimination. Witnesses can testify anonymously, Agim, for their and their family's safety.

Agim,

Let me tell you that neither this site nor the general publicity is court room or jury.

We only can make a note that former UNMIK Forensics and Missing Persons Office Head Jose Pablo Baraybar has confirmed there exists names of victims. What you can do, Agim, is to call him a liar and an agent of Russian/Serbian intelligence agengies. The other way is to cast at least a light shadow of doubt on your thesis "there are no victims, stop".

Oh, I forgot, you have a third way, too: As Ataman, you can base your thinking on belief.

PS. If you know a person who knows the absolute truth organ trafficking case, please, pass me his/her name. I'll arrange meeting this person in one weeks time.

Yes, there is a great danger for the victims' families if complete names are published.
By the way, it is very rude to address somebody with "Mr" - that was common in the times of the wild West, but even then considered primitive or insulting. Title "Mr" HAS to be attached to a name.

There are both bureaucratic hurdles and personal interests within "international" community against that - so it can take years!

The widespread opinion among nearly everyone of "low rank" (KFOR foot soldiers, common people with Serb or Albanian background) is that the "high echelon" of internationals is/was involved in quite some corruption, does not care less about the two communities in Kosovo at conflict becoming closer (maybe just the opposite - because the worse the situation, the better can you "fish" in the mud) - and EULEX did not improve anything.

Personally I am pessimistic that criminals will ever face the justice because the corruption as far as I was told is bad enough and very high ranks are affected.

All my hope is that at least the criminals will at one point have no choice but depart from the politics and settle in some glorious country like it happened with Idi Amin who had to live in Saudi Arabia.
