Pacolli did not lander any money, rather he milked Russia for restoring Kremlin after the fall of USSR. For kremling alone he got 1 billion dollars+god knows how much more he got for the rest of govermant bldg in Russia. Excellent and hard work it pays well. If Kosovo would put an ''angel'' as her President, serbs would find some fake story about the ''angel'' to downgrade Kosovo. This kind of storys is made up by jealous people wich dosen't wantt to see Mr Pacolli to prosper.

sorry to tell you guys, but I was living in Moscow at that time, not only I have seen what he has done (great job indeed)but also thru my job has learned how he effectively bribed some high placed officials which everybody knows and at the same time open accounts in Switzerland under his name to launder for these people the bribes given. Also very famous for purchasing real estate in Lugano for some dictators, yes indeed a very interesting person.
A shame for my country that we even allow these people to cross our borders !
I certainly can't be jaleous on people that are criminals whether with a white or red collar....
But of course you are free to choose the image you want to give to your world.... I really couldn't care less as long as you don't create mess around as you usually have the tendency to do in and outside of your region...

Clearly this is an unstable government that will fall within a year, if not sooner. Thaci couldn't promise Pacolli the presidency, only his support. If Pacolli isnt elected president, we will see how fast this coalition will fail. Thaci also gave the crumbs to Pacolli and his partners in exchange for their support. I'm sure this won't satisfy their hunger. And Pacolli obviously sold out his morals for the presidency. Where did the demand for unindicted politicians to stay out of the government? I'm sure Limaj will retain his post and continue to steal millions of euros. Kosovo needs to rid itself of the criminals south of the Ibar before worrying about the north.
