Completely shameful and unacceptable what the so called leadership of Hashim Thaci did to these poor people. Justice will prevail. Thank for your precious advice however as far as we know in parliamentarian republic is the prime minister head of government and not the president as you may suggest. Since the S Berisha was never prime minister before the war, the reference “former” government of S Berisha is totally wrong. You should read what I wrote again. He was out of the office for a couple of years, so he had no command of any “secret police” – or any paramilitary or security force to speak of.
