The point you seem to be missing though is when presented with these leads neither UNMIK, nor Hague, nor EULEX could find any evidence to substantiate the claims.
If you note in the report at one point the investigator notes the credibility of the witness was "untested". That is what an investigation does is check out the credibility of witnesses who have given statements and look for colloborating evidence.
What you show is proof that UNMIK undertook investigations, EULEX says they conducted investigations, you have statements the Hague conducted investigations on this evidence.
The thing is you nor Marty are bringing anything new to the table, only things that have been investigated 3 times and lead no where.
Another investigation is being called for but unless something new comes out of it, it too will lead nowhere.
You as an arm chair quarterback, look at single pieces of evidence and because of preset biases say this confirms what you want to believe.
The issue is whether you want to find the truth or gather all the evidence to support your goal while dismissing all that dispute it.
The previous investigations have not born the allegations out, 1 or 5 more that have the same result will never convince those of you who are desperate to have this true.
In the US we now have a huge dilemna with the advances in DNA evidence, where uncolloborated witness testimony has put people in prison for years are having to be released because DNA testing have proven they could not be guilty.
Those of you who claim that EULEX cannot do the investigating on this case, and want it to come from the UNSC are overlooking that 2 or the 3 groups are UNSC mandated and the 3 indirectly.
Although the UN set up the ICTY to investigate all crimes from the balkan conflict thus the "Y" in ICTY and UNMIK to oversee the specific justice system in Kosovo (to investigate crimes specifically dealing with Kosovo) and then EULEX to carry on this work.
Where do you suppose a "more" independent investigation team is going to come from?? You either have confidence in the UN or you don't, but there is no higher authority on the planet.

For far to long the world has turned a blind eye to the crimes against Serbs and Serbia. The americans needed a bad guy to justify the occupying of Serbian land. Now the crimes against Serbs can no longer be kept in the dark. America and others should pay for the damages it has caused the Serbian nation. It should appologize and pay for the damages done to our country and the theft of our holy land in Kosovo. Slowly but surely the world is hearing the truth and realizing that the true aggressors in the balkan wars were the croats, albanians and muslims. However, america wanted a weaker Serbia and came up with the biggest lies the world has ever heard.

I commend Ljajic, and Belgrade, on their response to this heinous of all crimes that occurred in Kosovo at the hands of the KLA. It is in the best interest of Serbia to leave this organ harvesting matter to international courts, and not to politicize the matter, as it would only stir national sentiment even deeper and could provoke irrational behavior. "there existed"
" I assume that many more such concentration camps exist."

(ida,"

You can assume what you want, especially from Serb sites like emperors-clothes.com
Sounds like Zorans and Highduke wrote that piece.

"They have entered the camps, seen the imprisoned Serbs and spoken with them."

But somehow they forgot to take down a single name of the victims??? Or even the location? Laughable really.

Anyway I am glad and I thank you for showing us your "side".

And the article: "He said that it was not in Serbia's interest for the issue to be politicized, or for it to become an obstacle to the start of dialog between Belgrade and Priština."

Obviously all the dirt throwing in the wall was planed and politicized, so the Serb is lying till now. Also it is just in front of the duologue for an obstacle. How fresh from Serbs to say one thing and do completely the other.

That is true, just like it's true that it is not in Serbia's interest to refuse to recognize Kosova

I remember the head of a humanitarian organization in the Sandzak, a Muslim, claimed back around 2000-2001, that there were concentration camps of Serbs in Kosovo and that "through illegal channels" his people had even managed to see and speak to these Serbs. Often they were held in basements of restaurants/establishments and the like. They were yelled at and threatened when they reported on this to the Red Cross people in Pristina.

At the time he said they were being treated a little better and he speculated it might be for a prisoner exchange. At the time, Serbia was holding KLA they'd captured in the war. But Kostunica was soon to release the Albanians en mass. Not a single Serb prisoner had been exchanged for them.

I found what I was talking about. It was from Sefko Alomerovic, President of the Helsinki Committee in Sandzak back in 2000. (But why didn't the Serbian government ever show any interest in it until foreigners like Carla del Ponte and now Dick Marty report on it? Why didn't they care, report or investigate when Serbian citizens were asking for help?)

"Once again, I publicly state: concentration camps for Serbs in Kosovo exist. When I say I claim this, I am completely conscious of what it means. Our activists have been to no less than five concentration camps, illegally, of course. They have entered the camps, seen the imprisoned Serbs and spoken with them. I claim that at this moment or more precisely, as of March 14, there existed at least five such concentration camps in which at least 142 people of non-Albanian nationality were imprisoned, the great majority of them Serbs. Since the number of kidnapped Serbs according to reports filed by their families is at least 1,000, I assume that many more such concentration camps exist."

Apparently you have completely lost your logic and have no shame to bring here fiction articles from propagandist website which tries do deny the existence of concentration camps in Bosnia set up by Serbs. While those camps in Bosnia in 1992 have been seen worldwide, who (international body or whoever except this person)have seen those "concentration camps" in Kosovo run by waiters in restaurants!!!! Again shame on you.

(Top, 18 February 2011 20:19)

The lunar landing was a hoax.
The sun revolves around the Earth.
There was never an ethnic cleansing campaign against Albanians by the Serbs.

I can see the connection!

Some also Believe that Racak was a massacre of innocent civilians and that Trinopolje was a death camp
(John, 19 February 2011 00:06)
I assume you believe Racak was merely an afternoon Serbian Tea Party thrown for the Albanians and Trinopolje was a funfilled overnight pajama party thrown for the non Serbs in Bosnia.

Hopefully the responsible leaders of the KLA will be punished for their crimes, and all international institutions will walk away with a black eye. I am proud of you Belgrade, in the handling of this matter, this is truly in the best interest of stability.

Endri, do not be so naive. The West shows publicly what it wants. DC operates the largest propaganda machine in the world. Showing camps in Bosnia aided their cause, while the ones in Kosovo did not, for obvious reasons. Just because you did not see something in western media, does not mean it did not exist. For Christ's sake, America looked the other way while the KLA Albanians were pulling vital organs out of human beings. That, mon ami, speaks volumes of your beloved USA.
