“Both region and Kosovo to move toward EU”

Be more worried about Serbia. Let Kosova worried for theirself.

“One of the most important European standards is the rule of law and that’s why we are here,” said EULEX Deputy Chief Andy Sparks

He's right, but it looks like EULEX is fighting a losing battle. I have more and more doubts if the "rule of law" can be brought to a place where the only law seems to be the law of omerta, vendetta and clan loyality, and where politicians feel like kings and think they are allowed to manipulate votes. I cannot see a 'country' where the populatian has this attitude to become a member of the European family.

I have more and more doubts if the "rule of law" can be brought to a place where the only law seems to be the law of omerta, vendetta and clan loyality, and where politicians feel like kings and think they are allowed to manipulate votes. I cannot see a 'country' where the populatian has this attitude to become a member of the European family.
