That's all very nice and promising, now if the authorities could just instruct their customs officials to stop harassing the "Diaspora" when we try to bring even our own personal possessions into Serbia. It's time to play nice with us (diaspora), if you want our money, Serbia.

Good news for Serbia. Its good that their are those that see that investment is crucial for the entire region to grow and become propserous. But Im sure we all would rather see $5 Billion in investment. Rather than hating the 'west' / EU or US in particular and pratying for their destruction , isnt it rather obvious how much better and beneficial it is , if everyone dropped their extremism and became - dare I say it - pragmatic.
