Yes KOSO, that's a good point - namely there are 75 UN state-members which recognize Kosovo. For them Kosovo clearly ISN'T legally a part of Serbia. Neither brought he ICJ ruling any legal breakthrough for those pretending that Kosovo is legally a part of Serbia.

Especially after the ICJ ruling seems that "K. is legally part of S." has nothing to do with intl law at all. Every state decides on Kosovo according to its internal state of affairs and/or in accordance with its interests in foreign politics.

Further, assuming that those 75 broke the intl law by recognizing Kosovo, while the rest of them don't (yet) recognize for the sake of the intl law is nothing more than pure hypocracy.

Even his mother must be curious as to why the interest in Belgrade in the travel plans of a deputy assistant secretary. Gratified, of course, but possibly confused. "Did you get a promotion, Son? 29 comments in the local paper yesterday, 3 already today ... And you haven't even landed yet. Be careful of the fog there - at the end of winter, it's easy to come down with something."

It's called news (albeit not much of a news story, but worth a mention) and don't forget that Kosovo is still legally a province of Serbia. -- kate

Just what legal system are you using ma'am? Lunar or Martian?

Clearly you are just recycling propaganda since UN membership is not equivalent to statehood; Ex: Serbia is a UN member but 76* nation-states do not recognize it's territorial integrity.

76* = 75 UN member states & Taiwan (Republic of China)

Thanks,

Agim: "I don't see the significant of this article, since Serbs are in no position to dictate who comes and goes, when and where in Kosova."

That's what they do in the modern world - use newspapers to publish news; as opposed to publishing names of witnesses or supposed 'war criminals' who have not been charged, tried or convicted of anything.
