“Government has legitimacy but no authority”

United Regions of Serbia official Vlajko Senić has stated that the <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics-article.php?yyyy=2011&mm=02&dd=09&nav_id=72613" class="text-link" target= "_blank">government has lost its authority </a>and that it is wasting its energy on conflicts.
