ISG-"Honest,constructive.respectful dialogue
between Serbia and Kosovo" as two independent sovereign states"ISG does not have any mandated authority to control dialogue between Serbia and its province of KOSMET.Kosovo is independent entity but not sovereign state.Serbia control the international borders of Kosovo as stipulated in UN resolution 1244 and that
will never change.Gentlemen get used to it.Kosovo is Serbia's HOLYLAND always was in Serbia its now in Serbia and always will be in Serbia. That's said.
negotiations should continue on all relevant issues other then sovereignty.
Organs trafficking should not be discussed in this forum. However,Serbia should have lots to say once criminal investigations has been concluded and guilt established. Its hard to believe that 50,000 NATO'S troops presence at that time in Kosovo no one did know anything about it.Some Western leaders are already on the record of saying they turned bind eye to some revenge and criminal doings by KLA "IN INTEREST OF STABILITY".So much for Western justice. Organs trafficking in Kosovo may produce some pictures of this gruesome crime soon.It would be another beautiful face of the West to join Abu- Ghraib already on the web site

You are in no position tell K-Albos which option is better for them. You are living in cozy flat in GB , and I wondering why don't you go and live in your woonderful Serbia of yours?

I have already explained why I don't live, "go back" to Serbia.
Try to keep up, will you.

See, they really do all want to come to the UK. Unlucky, Alby - the Serbs should be coming off visa this year but with your Michael Mouse Kosovo documentation you haven't got a snowball's chance in Hell. None of this is accidental, in case you hadn't guessed..

It's only greed which prompted KLA to act. K-Albanians had jobs, schools in their own language and run their own show before someone decided they wanted more. Now your people there have nothing.
Serbia is definitely a better option.

"You keep saying North Kosovo likes it's the entire north. The city that is divided by the river is only Mitrovica, not Zubin Potok and other areas north-bound.

I won't say that Pristina has firm control over Mitrovica but slowly it is gaining control.

First the courthouse, Kosovo Police (KP), and now license plates.

I don't think you understand how nation-building emerges; it's all through economic prospect (i.e. "do I wanna lose my job and starve my family or do I want to work in Kosovo's institutions?").

Thanks,
(KOSO, 9 February 2011 18:49) "

well, I was talking about the entire North that is predominantly Serb and as I understand it is a no go area for Albanian officials.

As for Mitrovica itself, as I understand it, the city is still divided. The KPS that is in the northern part is composed mainly of ethinic Serba as far as I understand. Eulex is there, but not Pristina's officials on a permanent basis and not without armed escort. The way I see it, it is Eulex with the acquiescence of the K-Serbs that is having a greater presence in the north, not Pristina's officials.

Finally, what "economic prospect" is or can Pristina offer the K-Serbs in the north that is worth mentioning?

Apply the same logic to K-Albanians living in Kosovo wanting better life for themselves and their children.
I don't think they will see Serbia as a monster when "Kosova" is not going anywhere and will stay a hell hole forever.

"First the courthouse, Kosovo Police (KP), and now license plates." (KOSO)

-- The courthouse remains an open-ended debate. KP patrols with KFOR and has made little to no attempt at "integrating" anything. The license plates were agreed upon http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics-article.php?yyyy=2011&mm=01&dd=19&nav_id=72212

"Slowly but surely?" I haven't seen it since none of what you claimed has come to produce the results you want.

ISG? More like PSC, Pristina Supporters Club. 'International' may be strictly true but as pointed out in the article, western and mostly european, kind of like saying the USA & EU is 'the international community'. A simple PR sleight of hand.

Everytime the supporters of Kosovo's UDI have to stress the term 'independent and sovereign' they simply highlight the degree to which Kosovo is neither independent nor sovereign. All rather pathetic really.
