Dacic wants to collect the few dollars left in the bribery can and he tells them a lullaby story. Remember the Serbs are well versed in telling powers what they like to hear – that’s how we have survived for centuries – tell them one thing, but do what suits you.

Yes they are really very good at it. 12 years ago, everything was internal matter not only license plates but just because this Dacic and friends were saying one thing and doing other things he can not govern Kosovo any more.

Now here is the real story behind this statement. Dacic is only telling the US what it wants to hear – its called being diplomatic - but we all know the US is no longer a superpower in any region, but a shadow of its former self. Look it can’t even contain the uprising in Egypt – the US gives the appearance of a lack of strategy said on political commentator; it’s not a lack of strategy but more like they have not got a clue what to do next. The Egyptians are now openly saying it’s the US that holding back real democracy in that country.

“…..all open issues…”. What are these issues; well no one has mentioned them at all, but what has “ identification documents and Belgrade-issued vehicle registration plates with the initials of Kosovo towns…..” have to do with recognising Kosovo? These are issues belonging to a country’s internal matters. These are not issues to be discussed when recognising a country. Status is definitely on the agenda.

The Albanians posting here are really living in fantasy land.

Look if Thacis people refuse to negotiate, then sending in troops to quash the rebel government with its fascist fundamentals is a fair option, I thought you Albanians were advocates of 'Humanitarian Intervention' and 'The War on Terror'.

Instead of meddling in our affairs this clown should worry about these protests. First the gay protest in october and now the anti-government. Serbia is tearing at the seams with an economy and a future to nowhere...I mean EU.

Yes miri Kosovo independence is a closed issue.Everybody knowes that by now I hope. But they use the sentece '' on all open issues'' to make them keep hope that status will be talked about in some how. First it was ''Kosovo is Serbia, then came ''Kosovo is illegal''. After that came the ''unilaterally declaration of independence''. Now the last hope is ''dialoug on all open issues'' to fool them self about somthing that aren't reversible.

Kosovo independence is a reality to accept with time. Some accept it sooner and there are those who will accept it later. But what's important is that all will accept it in the end.

I belive that Tadic & co do already know that one day, the day when they will have to choose on Eu or Kosovo will come. All this procces with ICJ and the upcoming 'dialoug' is going in direction on Serbia recognizing Kosovo.

Eu will ask Kosovo as a neighbour of Serbia to declare if they have good neihgbourly relations with Serbia for Serbia to possible enter EU. If Kosovo is not recognized by Serbia by that time Kosovo will clealry declare that Serbia and Kosovo dosen't have any good relations with each other. EU will not accept such an thing because majority EU member states recognize Kosovo.
