Just to clarify a couple of things. Of course any plans would have been rejected by Belgrade as it would have been rejected any plans envisaging Kosovo under Serbia's sovereignity. One more thing the plan was rejected by Russian in the UNSC and Russia has made it clear that will object any plan that goes against Serbia's interest let's not talk about international law.
