Please at least try to understand. There are huge amount of witnesses and proof. Like every case in the world, the first you do is to get the investigation team started. Then BEFORE you get statements, you hide the witnesses that are in danger. THEN you get statements and the process is running with statements, controlling facts, photo, dna, cross-checking etc etc etc. Then you arrest the perpetrators to get in jail with no risk of contact with the outside except lawyer. THEN, when the trail starts the prosecutor will make the proof public. Why is this so hard to understand how it works?

Marty is a smart person and seems to know the game. I'd say he realises EULEX is part of the joint criminal enterprise and doesn't want some goons to sabotage his 2 year investigation. I hope he succeeds in creating a team loyal to truth and justice rather than geopolitical goals.

The problem is not that EULEX is not competent to do this job. But EULEX members being located and working in Kosovo have to fear that their names are put on a 'Investigator list' by Thaci and they will be the targets of a witch hunt.

The same goes for Kosovo and its 'prime minister' with his nonsense-talk about the 'anti-independence network'.

Don't you think Mr Marty that you are in dialogue bit too much with the Serbian media – for a highly sensitive matter which yet needs to be proved and for an impartial reporter as you claim to be??? Bit too much of reflectors on your face??? Or you are just a mountaineer of bad taste.

EULEX is not a Kosovar institution it is independent and very reliable institution. You want another one??? Go ahead find another one but Russo/Serbians are OUT.

Your goal as well as the one of the Russian ambassador at OSCE is the same old one:

Internationalise this story as much as possible.

Get involved as much as more possible international institutions; OSCE, UN, UNSC etc...
