"What is your solution for BiH?"
(Zoran, 30 January 2011 18:42)

Not that easy. A split of BiH would result in an even less functional and sustainable leftover-state that cannot join any other state.

When the investigations are conclude sometime in 2020 and the Albanians are vindicated of the frivolous charges, the Albanians may agree to talks with Serbs provided they recognize Kosova. Till then, the Serbs can wait at the gates of the E.U. with hat in hand.

My solution for a permanent peace: Split this non-functional pseudo-state called Kosovo into a north and into a south. Then let the north join (or stay within) Serbia and the South join Albania.

Official Serbia accepts the reality of its occupied region of Kosmet, and in addition to not isolating it, official Belgrade even attempts to extend a friendly hand in order to help the surviving Serbian communities as well as the other minorities inhabiting Kosmet.
On the other hand, for a region bristling with crime and human trafficking, the Albanian can no longer rely on Serbia in order to appear victims. But then, they aren't the only ones who have a hard time accepting THAT reality. Their current western masters should have perhaps tutored them better in the ways of leading a country before handing them this criminal paradise, they've created. But then again, perhaps the current misery of Kosmet suits its new masters?...

First the investigation than negotiations.

You cannot perform continuos agression on Kosova and at the same time wanting to negotiate peace with her from the positons of strength.

First this lie that you are creating it will be solved then you will ask for an apology then maybe then the negotiations can start.

And if this will take 10 years- so be it; since you asked for it; you asked for ICJ as well.

Thus or you will come with honesty and sincere intetions on those negotiations or there will not be any.

Permanent peace and historic reconcilation can only be established when Belgrad once for all recognize the dedicated and free will of the people of Kosovo, just as Sudan excepted the same with the South. Accept livable reality and we all can move on.
