Why are the Albanians so afraid of an investigation? If nothing happened, there is nothing to be found. Plain and simple. You are just making yourselves look even more quilty.

No Albanian is afraid of investigation. PACE has received a letter from Kosovo Government stating Kosovo's full cooperation on investigating the crimes according to Marty's report. This commitment is received in PACE before adopting resolution.

What are all these comments usually in CAPS about needing HARD EVIDENCE etc. etc.
Don't people realise that this wouldn't have got this far without evidence? They are just keeping it close to their chests for very obvious reasons.

No it got this far due to the horrificness of the allegations. If you dress it up bad enough people cannot just say its not worth investigating. So everyone says lets investigate, let us look at what evidence you have to support the claims. But once the ball is back in Marty's court it is suddenly "Eulex is not capable of doing this investigation"

There should be no negotiatlan with Serbia until the investigation is complete. Lets clear the waters first. Dick Marty is trying to find excuses for its failures in providing evidences. First he says "witnesses are frightened" then "I am not accusing Thaci directly" but "he must have known"...It is all Serbo-Russian propaganda do damage Albanans.
