The resolution entitled "The protection of witnesses as a cornerstone of justice and reconciliation in the Balkans" by Jean-Charles Gardetto, was adopted by 104 votes in favor and none against. Also adopted were the accompanying recommendations to the Ministerial Committee.

Gardetto should be ashamed. His so called dead witnessess, appeared live and well having fun in Peja/Pec. So much for this CoE parlament!? Anything coming from there is none-biding and it is water under the bridge.
