PACE to debate three more resolutions

Funny. Now everybody has to explitely mention this obvious fact. Why? Because King Thaci is always trying to twist the facts and turn anything bad said about Kosovo and the crimes there into the work of an 'anti-independence network'

Anyone in Albanian dominated Kosovo that says anything incriminating against any KLA leader, even if it is the truth, will be labelled a traitor, and most likely disappear. Eulex is a joke, that cannot even protect itself, how will they protect a witness pointing a finger at Thaci? What dark days for the Albanians.

Its been over 10 years since these heinous crimes have been committed!
Dont tell me that Thaci/Snake was sloppy enough to let a few witnesses live?!

If there are any witnesses still alive,
Im sure they will all conveniently die from unexpected "accidents" or "natural" causes in the very near future!
None will live to testify.

The witness protection needs to extend beyond former Yugoslavia and applied to the whole S. E. Europe as its a fact that 500 innocent souls of all ethcnicity (irrespective of organs trafficing) were abducted and held against their will and remain missing/assumed dead - this alone is a clear WAR CRIME and Albanian authorities must have colluded in allowing this war crime to have occurred on their soil!

I wish somebody with guts and honesty will publish the list of 500 so called victims. There is no harm done in any way if we have the names, where they are from as well as their ages.

The author of the report has now removed the names of the two 'witnesses' that the original draft claimed were killed during the trial of Haradinaj. This happened after they appeared alive and well on TV!

Thats what happens when you copy / paste information from BIA / serbian prosecution documents! If I was his teacher, I would fail him for plaigarism.

There is definetly witness intimidation in Kosovo, something that needs to improve greatly, however the problem is not as bad as it is being out to be and I am against politically motivated reports that hide behing 'human rights'.

I think the number 500 is the number of non Albanians still missing after the war, as to compared to 1500 Albanians. No one has presented any evidence that 500 were held anywhere.
I have seen 2 separate TV shows (fictional) in the US in recent weeks that have had the story plot where former Serbian paramilitary had assumed the identity of Albanians killed in the war and were hiding to escape the possibility of being tried for war crimes.
Fact or Fiction--the idea had to come from somewhere and is more credible than the elaborate organ trafficking scenario.

I myself have said something against Thaci to a journalist and made my face public on RTK, as I am not supporter of Thaci. Frankly, that was quite a while ago and there was no question about the matter under discussion.
Let's wait how the investigation will proceed.
Nobody can say someone is guilty without being proven guilty.
My experience says that Thaci and friends are not those people who will try to either escape or resist the justice.

You are familiar with the concept of self or auto censorship in the media? If journalists / editors know that their stories will be censored they won't bother trying to tell it as it is. They will change the story to suit whoever they are afraid of, or not tell the story at all.

In other words a witness does not need to be threatened, he will refuse to put himself forward before it gets to that stage.

The end result is the same - no justice and criminality being allowed to go unopposed.

I am still unclear as to what the alleged political motivation of Marty / COE is exactly. Do you subscribe to the conspiracy view that this is a (succesful) Serb - Russian plot?

God knows if Serbian propoganda was so effective I'm scratching my head as to why it hasn't worked up until now...
