"“The citizens of Serbia and I are deeply distressed by the loss of such a large number of lives. Please receive our deepest sympathy with the families of the victims and the people of Russia at this difficult moment,” reads the message released by Tadić's press service."

Such generic and hollow words, devoid of the deep sense of outrage, disgust, and utter condemnation that this horrific terrorist act SHOULD elicit in a national leader with any spine, character, and geopolitical sense. Noticeably absent, moreover, from the President's telegram is any mention of Serbia's symbolic, moral, political, and/or material commitment and cooperation to Russia in this time of tragedy - which any ally or good neighbor would respond with.
Tadic's true colors show, yet again.
