direct answer to Gjilanasi:

I am always ready to accept the truth. no question about that.

but, may I recommend you not to use the word "truth" too often, since it is indeed the k-albanian side that is using false-claims, propaganda and mere threats in order to reach their illegal goal, and even immoral goal.

if you are a decent k-albanian, you do not have to fear Serbia or the Serbs in general.
you live there and you will probably stay there when Serbia reintegrates KiM.

because, one thing you should not fool yourself about: this comedy, called "independence" will come to an end, sooner or later.

just a few days ago, swiss members of parliament were openly discussing to revoke the " premature " recognition of Kosovo.

the swiss foreign minister Calm-Rey even refused to recieve a prize sponsored by the albanian diaspora in Switzerland, and keep in mind, the biggest albanian diaspora in europe, after southern Serbia of course, is the one in Switzerland.

things will change, ...and you should, in your very own interest, not fool yourself too long with those calls for perseverance that you may read and hear throughout KiM in bars and tea-houses, where the jobless "politicians" are bragging around...

no, my friend, if you are without guilt, there is nothing to fear for you.

Slobo is gone, and with him a past that was bad for all citizens of Serbia, now the only question is: how long will it take, until you realize that you cannot take something that is not yours alone.

and as soon you have realized that, everything will be going upwards for you.

but it seems like even you, who claims to be in favour of truth and justice, are stillnot ready to accept that this freak creation on serbian soil has no moral, no legal and no historical justification at all.

the only thing that helps you at the moment is foreign power.

but, this power will cease with time. so, in your very own interest, you will have to think it over. and this is not a threat, it´s just a description of what will very likely happen in the future.

it´s only a question of time, Gjilanasi.

only a question of time...

the sooner YOU realize that, the better for all of us.

How can you comitt a crime, if there is no victim?
There is not a single name of any victim.
Good luck with a very speedy investigation.
(Kosova-USA)
-
The report is filled with names, what are you talking about? lol .... and yes I mean names of victims.

My question to you is; If this report (which has been read by many) is useless as you say, why would the COE give it any time at all to adopt this resolution?

Want to kick out the Czechs and Italians, too? (4 each for abstention). I wonder about the UK vote against - he's a Socialist, and the Socialists otherwise voted pretty much as a block "in favor." (As did the other UK MEPs.)

Interesting that Mr. Ilir Rusmali (AL) was "In favor", so was Mr. Mehmet Tekelioglu (TR). Even more interesting was that Ms. Chiora Taktakishvili (GE) was "Against" - looks like Saakashvili wants to be more "American" than hamburger with diet Coke (and about as useless).

“For the nervous k-trolls around here, be patient, if you are 100000000 % convinced that NOTHING ever happend,”

You have been using the 'troll' word a lot lately haven’t you? But instead of insulting people and calling them names, you might consider using facts and arguments to prove your case. You may disagree with the Albanians, but that doesn’t make them ‘trolls’.
I agree with a lot of what you said though. Now the resolution is adopted, there should be a good and thorough investigation, and if there is evidence than the perpetrators will be punished for those inhumane and disgraceful acts. That is the position Albanians have held al along. Al we have been asking for is for Marty to hand over the evidence (if any) so that there can be a professional investigation in to this matter. Not only for the sake of the truth, but for the sake of al those families who 11 years after the war, still don’t know what happened to their loved once. This shouldn’t be about politics, this should be about justice. It is the right thing to do!

@Blerim:

you are so wrong, dude...

first of all, you make a mistake if you think it´s the same as if you walk down the street and call for the police...

if you do it, there is no big fuss about it, and the police will eventually send someone to your house to look for you at best.

but on the level of international investigation, it needs much more to even only get them started.
so, there will be some quite serious points that will have convinced everyone to support an investigation on a larger scale.

okay, there were 8 against, but we all know that these eight are not to be taken very serious - there are always some who would do what they´ve been told.

as for the other mistake you made, my dear k-albanian friend, the ICJ-outcome.

you think it was positive for you? don´t be naive! it was all but positive!

either you didn´t realize what those judges have said, or you are just falling for the usual yellow-press-nonsense in your down-town drugstore.

the ICJ avoided to take a stand, and it was critisized for that, but the really interesting thing about it is that the US of A and the other supporters were not able to force this political institution to give you a positive outcome.

the US were forced to make something positive from something neutral in the media. and that is what you call positive... very desperate, or ignorant.

bottom-line is:

our dear k-albanian friends are reduced to belittling and denial, they are afraid of what could be the outcome of that investigation - and they are afraid of the consequences for their little stillborn freak creation on serbian soil.

don´t be afraid, kids, everything will be fine when Serbia reintegrates you.
you just need time to realize that.

Yes Jovan, that was me.
I have to admit, I did not believe this report would be adopted. I guess, I was wrong. Consider please, 240 years to huligans for a franch guy and how many years for the ones that have been involved in masacres in Srebrenica, in masacres in Kosovo (masive graves fund in military base near by Belgrade, trucks showing from the rivers). And all this in the time when in Kosovo driving was not possible because of many chack pointsheld by Srbian Military and paramilitary forces... Why was this not mentioned in this neither in many other reports adopted by EU?!!! Does this say anything to you?!!!
Be smart, judge with your opinion, do not confess in here (I guess this would be to much for you) but at least clear your self with what has happened and why was something adopted.

You remember, I was and I am in favour of proper investigations but on same time, I wish similar investigations will happen in Serbia proper too.
Dik Marty HE HAS SOLD HIS SOULE and he will have to live with it. Kosovo is independant and this will not change. It might and it will take a while until all recognitions are "collected" but soon or later this will be a completed process. All "destructive" players will be remembered and of course, will never be considered as try friends.
So, during this process one just makes sure their seat on a bad chair is kept for them too. I say this considering that whenever this ends, citizens of Kosovo will have to live together again, but for some, gulity feeling will never go away. They fought against Kosovo independence and the will remember (or be remembered) for that ALWAYS.
Dik Marty will continue his rich life in Switzerland. With money taken by whomever but ones affected are ones living in Kosovo.
Again, I emphasize: YES. Investigations should happen. Independant International Investigations. I need one answer from you Jovan: Are you ready to to accept the results of this investigation? Or there will be something else again...
The truth will always show, time is needed but the truth will show. And I thank god for it. Because only the truth will make us (Albanians) happy...
And for what Serbia did in Kosovo, not only during '99 but ever since the truth will be shown, soon or later... And than, one wil be surprised. I lived here, I still do.

(John, 26 January 2011 00:29)
You have taken the gift of Marty, You can say things in writing that is not so and have no proof and people will believe you.
Countries that have not made a decision on recognition of Kosovo cannot automatically be counted as rejecting it.
Such as the number who voted to admit Kosovo to the World Bank and IMF outnumber the number who recognize it formally so saying they reject Kosovo would be a misnomer.
You mention Somalia as being the most corrupt country supports Kosovo but you failed to mention that out of the 25 least corrupt countries in the world only 4 have not recognized Kosovo and none of those have openly rejected Kosovo.
You say 90% of the land mass is controlled by countries that reject Kosovo but if you add Canada, US, Australia you already have 18.5%.
Out of the 85% pop that "reject" Kosovo, I wonder how many of them actually know where or what Kosovo is or for that matter Serbia?
Just because someone wants to "report" something does not make it factual.

In order to investigate properly, there are five most important questions, that needs answers, as follows: " Who, When, How, Where and WHY?". If Marty has the answers to these five questions, than I say Marty is the best of the best as investigator.
What i amtrying to say is that Marty, has to have the name of victim/s, when he was taken prisoner, where he/she was taken, why, who received his/her organs, and where is the remains, and on,and on,and on...

Despite the fact that this resolution is nonbiding, albania and kosova have welcomed EU Investigators with open arms and also offered logistical support if need be. What more can anybody ask for?
eulex will conduct the investigation and lets all wait for final results, which will put the lid on these cooked up lies once and for all.

Velja

pre 13 godina

’There can be no justice without truth, Marty stated presenting the report to the assembly, and added that it is up to PACE to demand that truth. ‘’I cannot help recalling Bernard Kouchner and his truth at the time he was appointed UN Special Representative in Kosovo. Instead of exercising an unbiased and balanced policy in multi-national Kosovo, he shut his eyes to the deepening etnic crises. He downgraded the violence and crime arising against Serbs in Kosovo by etnic Albanians. He exerted influence-peddling policy .so every whim by Albanians was fulfilled. Serbs became victims of that policy. When he was asked by a journalist if he knew about the organ- harvesting report submitted in the form of resolution to PACE by Mr Marty, he replied in nebulous words and distorted smile. But it is not strange at all. While being in ‘’power’’ in Kosovo and being asked about crimes committed by Albanian high- profile officials and about Serbs being abused, he almost always resorted to lies,he deflected accusations against Albanians, kept Serbian journalists at bay, he minimized the illicit activities in his reports to UN, he toned down lawless behavior of Thaci and Haradinaj. I wish I could see Kouchner prosecuted, though it is impossible.

The comments denying these monstrous acts (despite overwhelming evidence) are discusting, worse then holocaust denial. Even Dr Mengele would be appalled by the KLA monsters. Only extreme ignorance or extreme propoganda would lead so many people to deny such acts.

Europe does not have the death penalty for humans, but for monsters like Thaci Death by Removal of Vital organs is a well deserved punishment.

Humanity has never seen such acts performed, compared to Hashim Thaci, Adolf Hitler and Joseph Mengele would be loving, kind mannered, model citizens.

As for you deniers, you are dishonouring the memories of the victims, the evidence is overwhelming and you ought to be imprisoned just as all other holocaust deniers.

"Regardless of the outcome, this report has truly stained Kosovo's ambitions as being a truly independent state."
(Peter Sudyka, 25 January 2011 13:48)

No, it's not the report itself. It's the reaction of the Kosovo politicians to it. In a 'normal' state, when those severe accusations against a politician come up, he would (at least temporarily) step back (voluntarily or forced by his party which fears a bad reputation). In Kosovo, the politicians insult Marty and deny everything. And even more, they fake elections to stay in power instead of keeping a low profile. This behaviour is 100 times more damaging for Kosovo than the report itself. Marty said it: "The report is not against the independence of Kosovo and not there to relativise the horrible crimes committed by Serbs in Kosovo." But a society cannot be build on lies an crimes, and the truth has to be found out, for the sake of the victims.

Good. Next and most importantly:

- Do not let the 'opposers' try and water down the document;

- And ensure witness protection!!! This must now be done.

As for all of the people on here who claim there is no evidence - how do you know? Do you really think that it will all be laid out on a plate to be destroyed in some way?

There is clearly evidence and most certainly witnesses - but they need protection immediately.

Headlines will soon be replaced with "Dick Marty lied," "No evidence of..." and finally the best headline splashed all over the world media: "Disgraced Swiss Senator Dick Marty found...revenge due to lies blamed." Then it will be clear that CoE immunity has its limits and justice is a universal notion.

Propaganda is not valid if it has a boomerang effect to it, and Serbia, Dick and the Swiss (by association) will suffer tremendously. If you think that Serbia will not suffer for this, you are wrong. Enjoy your headlines, US, and EU knows who is behind them.

Good, there will be an investigation and we'll get this cleared up. If Serbia could survive and even be invited to join the EU after what was learned about Milosevic and his wars, then Kosovo can survive whatever comes out about Thaci. And if the investigation is unbiased, it will have to look into the role played by Serbian propaganda and reckless campaign rhetoric - this may not be the slam-dunk for Serbia some people are assuming it'll be.

Daniel

pre 13 godina

This is good news and now there can be an investigation. For those KAlbs saying this is nonsense and there is no evidence. I only ask one thing, why would Western European powers adopt the investigation if it were pure nonsense? Obviously they find Marty credible enough to warrant spending millions of dollars on an investigation. It seems that Western Europeans believe this is plausible. If they didn't, there would be no investigation. It's that simple.

One other point regarding evidence. The Srebrenica massacre is accepted as having killed 8,000 men and boys. I ask, have all 8,000 bodies been located? No. One doesn't always need all the physical evidence to prosecute a thug.

Some people need to take a long hard look in the mirror. This closing ranks attitude simply on the basis of ethnicity belies a backward tribal dogma inconsistant with democratic values. Instead by adopting the warped logic of; they're attacking our leaders therefore they must be attacking us all is missing the point. The Serbs long ago began a reckoning process with their leaders who led them to disaster. Those who obviously committed war crimes have been convicted and sent to jail. The Albanians have done nothing to confront their own rotten apples. Horrible crimes were done in the name of Kosovan independence. They are well documented and there for all to see. Constantly pretending you need evidence for something you know took place shames you all. And soon, I can assure you, when you become a liability even the Americans will turn their backs on you.

Good move, Albanians, go after an EU investigator, and try and discredit him by maybe calling him a Nazi, or paid propagandist. Will the blind nationalistic Albanians also try and bring down the NATO's image, since some of their secret leaked documents have incriminated the Snake, and his play pal Haliti, for unimaginable criminality and murder in KiM?

(Endri, 25 January 2011 14:53)

Not every accusation. But ones with a base. And you won't seriously claim that there's no base for these accusations. You know, it's not only coming from Marty. There have been serveral sources and rumours about the organ harvesting.

Let's make it simple, an example, for everybody to understand: You hear some screaming from your neighbors house and call the police. Another neighbor, let's say a former judge, called the police about the same thing. The police is coming and asking your neighbour what was going on. Now your neighbour tells the police "nothing, there was no screaming, these two neighbours are liars, nazis, and use Goebbels methods". The police still has to check the house and look for evidence. If your neighbor denies entrance to the house, he's becoming more suspect, and the police will come back with a search warrant and surely check it even more thoroughly.

Only criminals with dirty hands have a reason to reject accusations. It's obvious that they fear further investigations. If they had clean hands, why should they oppose it instead of finding out the truth about what happened or not?
(Top, 25 January 2011 13:15)
So you are saying that should someone accuse you of something that you would welcome it. Most people automatically believe where there is smoke there is fire.
So you would welcome there to be daily talks about the accusaations and open for an investigation, knowing that once accused you would never be totally exonerated in the minds of everyone??
My guess is that in reality(if innocent)you would be outraged and indignant every time the subject was brought up--think about it.

"How can you comitt a crime, if there is no victim? "

- just because the bodies of missing have not been found does not mean there is no victim nor a crime!

It is already clear that a war crime was committed with the abduction, transportation across international borders and holding of innocents in so called camps in a neighbouring country - Albania.

Irrespective of what happened to their organs this is a clear cut war crime and this was done by KLA with Albanian govt blind eye or more likely consent/complicitness & frankly involvment!

The whole of the KLA high ranking are war criminals and its clear that Albanian governmental members of the time are clearly to be investigated for their level of complicitness of this war crime too - hence their feeble attempts to stop or amend and investigation.

The failure of NATO/KFOR to intervene is another clear cut issue that must be looked into - clearly the US were more interested in starting fire fights (war as per Pristina airport stand-off) with Russia then they were with Human rights - to think the US/UK spin at the time - humanitarian war (sic). This attitude has maintained since 1999 blocking the investigations which too makes a strong suggestion of complicitness!

As for the fact that KLA and the whole of current political system of ethnic -Albanians in Serbia's Kosovo & Metohija is a mafiocracy - well thats just stating the obvious. Is this what EU wishes to be associated with? Marty needs little more then mention the numerous inteligence reports that quite categorically illuminated the depth of criminality year after year while in public western governments tried to deceive otehrwise. Their deception that the likes of Ceku, Thaci et al were freedom fighters loyal to US principles of justice are being revealed - no longer can the rotten stench of criminality that the West has bred be covered up! Well I guess it takes one to know one and maybe its just a damnation of the west "international" powers that they are now trying to distance themselve from that which they sowed & reaped for at the time what seemed in their best interest. All I can think of is the damage that has been reaped on western society by allowing drug & human trafficking to have flourished under their tenure! Whos best interest was really being served by Bliars' & Clintons Humanitarian (sic) war?

Oh what a tangled web we weave....

@Blerim:

you are so wrong, dude...

first of all, you make a mistake if you think it´s the same as if you walk down the street and call for the police...

if you do it, there is no big fuss about it, and the police will eventually send someone to your house to look for you at best.

but on the level of international investigation, it needs much more to even only get them started.
so, there will be some quite serious points that will have convinced everyone to support an investigation on a larger scale.

okay, there were 8 against, but we all know that these eight are not to be taken very serious - there are always some who would do what they´ve been told.

as for the other mistake you made, my dear k-albanian friend, the ICJ-outcome.

you think it was positive for you? don´t be naive! it was all but positive!

either you didn´t realize what those judges have said, or you are just falling for the usual yellow-press-nonsense in your down-town drugstore.

the ICJ avoided to take a stand, and it was critisized for that, but the really interesting thing about it is that the US of A and the other supporters were not able to force this political institution to give you a positive outcome.

the US were forced to make something positive from something neutral in the media. and that is what you call positive... very desperate, or ignorant.

bottom-line is:

our dear k-albanian friends are reduced to belittling and denial, they are afraid of what could be the outcome of that investigation - and they are afraid of the consequences for their little stillborn freak creation on serbian soil.

don´t be afraid, kids, everything will be fine when Serbia reintegrates you.
you just need time to realize that.

Regardless of the outcome, this report has truly stained Kosovo's ambitions as being a truly independent state. Recognitions have already practically stopped (save for some useless stragglers like Qatar recently), so something like this will truly drive a nail deep into the coffin of this so-called "independent state".

Humanity has never seen such acts performed, compared to Hashim Thaci, Adolf Hitler and Joseph Mengele would be loving, kind mannered, model citizens.

What i amtrying to say is that Marty, has to have the name of victim/s, when he was taken prisoner, where he/she was taken, why, who received his/her organs, and where is the remains, and on,and on,and on...

If Serbia could survive and even be invited to join the EU after what was learned about Milosevic and his wars, then Kosovo can survive whatever comes out about Thaci.

What does the world accusation mean according to you Mr. Top!!!! Apparently just a bunch of words like those of Dick Marty. Based on your “fine” statement everybody has to accept accusations whatever they are made of, while if he rejects them then he has dirty hands??? This is some kind of new concept invented only from you since I haven’t ever heard such thing before. This forum is place of serious discussions and not rubbish presented so far. Accusations are based on evidences (which Marty don’t have) and if such don’t exist then the accusations are called gibberish. That is exactly what all Albanians around object. As for the truth to what happened we already allowed two investigations which resulted in zero evidences.

An interesting attitude. It suggests that justice, morality, truth and basic humanity are seen not as pillars of civilisation but as forces to fight.

Can someone please educate me from the Albanian camp and tell me what- as children-are Albanians brought up to believe in? Can you describe an Albanian identity?

Regardless of the outcome, this report has truly stained Kosovo's ambitions as being a truly independent state.

If Serbia could survive and even be invited to join the EU after what was learned about Milosevic and his wars, then Kosovo can survive whatever comes out about Thaci.

I agree with a lot of what you said though. Now the resolution is adopted, there should be a good and thorough investigation, and if there is evidence than the perpetrators will be punished for those inhumane and disgraceful acts. That is the position Albanians have held al along. Al we have been asking for is for Marty to hand over the evidence (if any) so that there can be a professional investigation in to this matter. - Do not let the 'opposers' try and water down the document;

The European Parliament has been completely taken over by agents of the Russian mafia and SANU agit-prop.

No. One doesn't always need all the physical evidence to prosecute a thug.

direct answer to Gjilanasi:

@Blerim:

you are so wrong, dude...

first of all, you make a mistake if you think it´s the same as if you walk down the street and call for the police...

if you do it, there is no big fuss about it, and the police will eventually send someone to your house to look for you at best.

but on the level of international investigation, it needs much more to even only get them started.
so, there will be some quite serious points that will have convinced everyone to support an investigation on a larger scale.

okay, there were 8 against, but we all know that these eight are not to be taken very serious - there are always some who would do what they´ve been told.

as for the other mistake you made, my dear k-albanian friend, the ICJ-outcome.

you think it was positive for you? don´t be naive! it was all but positive!

either you didn´t realize what those judges have said, or you are just falling for the usual yellow-press-nonsense in your down-town drugstore.

the ICJ avoided to take a stand, and it was critisized for that, but the really interesting thing about it is that the US of A and the other supporters were not able to force this political institution to give you a positive outcome.

the US were forced to make something positive from something neutral in the media. and that is what you call positive... very desperate, or ignorant.

bottom-line is:

our dear k-albanian friends are reduced to belittling and denial, they are afraid of what could be the outcome of that investigation - and they are afraid of the consequences for their little stillborn freak creation on serbian soil.

don´t be afraid, kids, everything will be fine when Serbia reintegrates you.
you just need time to realize that.

Anyone know who the 8 against were?

"Apparently just a bunch of words like those of Dick Marty. Based on your “fine” statement everybody has to accept accusations whatever they are made of, while if he rejects them then he has dirty hands???" This is some kind of new concept invented only from you since I haven’t ever heard such thing before. This forum is place of serious discussions and not rubbish presented so far. Accusations are based on evidences (which Marty don’t have) and if such don’t exist then the accusations are called gibberish. "
