Zoti, anyone who calls themselves God (beleieve it or not, I actually know Albanian as a Serb) I have to question your mental state. The fact your trolling a Serb site speaks volumes...

(Tomislav USA, 26 January 2011)

Boze moj you know Albanian and you know that "Zoti" means God. I got news for you: God does not exist Zoti Tomislav.

Thanks Amer.

"Zoti, anyone who calls themselves God (beleieve it or not, I actually know Albanian as a Serb) I have to question your mental state. The fact your trolling a Serb site speaks volumes... "

"Zoti" is more commonly "Mister," and no one, AFAIK, has objected to the use of that as a nick here (lower case, I think - "mister").
The first time I tried the google translate function I took a random paragraph from an Albanian newspaper and got back - in English - something about a "Lord Gates" - which surely would have surprised the current US Secretary of Defense. Moral: there's usually more than one translation of a word.

Endri, you don't undrstand where I am coming from because your brute culture has been engrained in you that it makes you clueless. So if you like to support that entire extended family back home, be my guest. Why don't you yell out "FREEDOM" (or LIRIAif it makes you feel better) as loud as you can from mountains there.

Counter propoganda? You mean the 12,000+ number you guys throw out that "died" in Kosovo. Not one, repeat NOT ONE!, UN, NATO, RED CROSS, etc. report has even come close to half that number (and not all of the dead being Albanian). Even with Slobo trying to cover up a few hundred in Serbia (doesn't make it right of course) YOU guys seem to be obsessed with the numbers game trying to make people around the world pay more attention to you. How pathetic... it's not like anything else is going on for people to pay attention to...

Endri, get serious, I have seen enough forums and know that Albanians are on them 24/7 (as they refer to it over here) trying to counter EVERY SINGLE THING ALBANIAN!
(Tomislav, 25 January 2011)

Tom you sound like that little kid who saw dead people in that Bruce Willis movue. Seems a little paranoid to me.
I also see Serbs everywhere countering everything re: Kosova (soccer matches in Italy included) but this is an article about a tragedy in the Russian airport.

Endri, an Albanian by the way, was one of the first commenetrs who expressed his condolences yet the focus of the Serbian commentariat was on this "alleged Albanian named Ivan". Sure speaks volumes about you.

Instead of trying to lay blame with Albanians for every little thing try and lay the blame where it should rightfully laid, with the B92 moderators who shouldn't have published the incendiary comment.

How then do you explain the +/- discrepancy then? Are you going to tell me Serbs did that? Maybe a few did being sarcastic but please don't tell me after the many years of following this site that numerous Albanians are on here DAY and NIGHT trying to convince any English speakers that the Serbs are just trying to "get them."”
You are all the way wrong if you think that we are here to tell others how Serbs try to “get us”. The things are much different now in comparison to 10 – 12 years ago. You don’t have the chance to get anything more other than to keep what you have within your borders. Our presence here is to counter your propaganda which still is more active than ever. This is a forum which concern Albanians that is why you see them as it would be normal for all cases. We don’t need to convince anyone, probably you need to “convince” any English speaker how Kosovo war was biased and how 12000 dead Albanians just disappeared in a winter night. For us and the majority of the world the truth is known.
“Yes the article has nothing to do with what I wrote, but you trying to rationalize Beni and ignore what others of said puts you into the lunatic fringe. Look at the +/- reaction on this site when another country recognizes Kosovo and the pro-Kosovar side is out in force. The Serbs are well within their rights to react in such ways. No wonder I haven't ran into many of you Albanians in Academia over here in North America...”
When the article is not related to Albanians or Kosovo how do come to deliberately link us with such event??? What are the Serb rights of reaction, to involve us every time they want and then to start Albanians did this and that, you are so strange man!!!! It seems that u are still not well within your rights as you declare. If you have such thinking you better not run into any Albanian there where u are.
“As for the Serbs not joining the EU and not being friendly to the US, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But let me ask you this enlightened one, so after being bombed for 78 days, seeing a group back a bunch of insurgents that had nothing to offer other than blind loyalty, watching international law bent in that groups favor, you expect the Serbs to just say, "yeah, lets join the EU and let them get away with it?" Are you insane??? I totally get why people back home are upset. But here is where your ideals get in the way.. So should I uproot myself "for the cause" like you guys would and stop living my life and everything I've established over here? Should I send a pro-rated percentage of my income back home to encourage lunacy like your ilk have? And if you think my post is merging between lunacy ad reality, maybe you should start scolding your Albanian brethren that post on this site. You made my day, yet again, just don't be so defensive. Are you the best "academic" on your side???? Oh, and make sure you delineate between a cut/paste and your comments. It makes it easier to read for all sides...”
I don’t care what the reasons are for Serbs not liking the EU or US. You twist the words/issues every time they suit you. You can not suggest me western values when you are totally against them otherwise u and the other are being hypocrites. Moreover the cause for which Albanians fought was much more important than comfort life somewhere in west or US. That is why it was appreciated so much and the people over there in Kosovo live free now. Let me remind you something: Kosovo is free now and out of Serbia’s reach and that will remain so for life.
Have a nice day!

Shocking news and sincerest condolences to all those families who lost loved ones in this shameful and cowardly terrorist act. Russia, America and Europe need to work super hard and super close to ensure that these islamic terrorists cannot harm innocent people.

“You know what is more disturbing than Ivan's comment and Beni's almost rationalizing that I should bomb some Serbs because I lost 3 family members is all the +/-'s of the absurd comments. What it tells me is that you Albanians are so obsessed about how you are perceived that you are willing to live on these sites to justify the absurdity of you ilk back home (or around you if you are in Kosovo).”

This is undoubtfully one of the most ridiculous comments I have ever seen on this forum since the first time I participated here. First, Ivan’s comment has neither to do with Albanians nor with our point of view regarding this terrible attacks. These kinds of actions are against humanity and I don’t know any reasonable person to support such attacks. What is weirder clearly the Serbs started to link up those events with Albanians to whom in fact the article is not related whatsoever. Second, Beni’s comment doesn’t say anything that he likes to see Serbs bombed. He just replayed to my comments which apparently he misunderstood. I think some of u Serbs are obsessed about how u perceive our opinions which for you sound all the ways negatives. It explains very well your general attitude towards Albanians.

“Unfortunately it is becoming a sign of desperation as things have just not worked out well for you since many of you thought "hey, we declare independence and the US has our back, what can go wrong, right?" Well, with the US having too many issues to deal with and many of you just beginning to realize that black market economics cannot give people legal jobs, you obviously want to point the finger at someone, so it shows as you are taking glee in these attacks in Moscow. Too bad that after 12 years some of you are just now realizing it and some of you on this forum are so detached from reality that I find myself laughing at your expense. While all of you are concerned about taking land and watching the entire extended family, many of us have found greener pastures in other countries and do not bother dealing with medieval issues like Besa, land grab by force and then trying to bully others. Try joining the Western world, you might find it refreshing. Or bask in the darkness as you cheer on barbaric acts and find many that can help you turning a cold shoulder... “
Again, what has this article to do with US and Kosovo independence or similar things whatsoever!!!!! You seems not to have problems by crossing the border between maturity and lunatics.

“Words of wisdom from an enlightened US Serb”

I think you have misunderstood my comment. I know that we don't use such names in Albania like Ivan and that is why I doubted that he his an Albanian. My comment was a response to a troll here called Dave who wants to associate us Albanians with everything negative happening somewhere in the world. By the way I feel sorry for you family members who lost their life during Kosovo war.

a) there is somewhat deeply broken somewhere with surprisingly many people
b) some few people use tricks to inflate the number

It makes it easier to read for all sides...

Tom wrote: "...people are sick of you albanians". So...what is your "receipt" that you would like to suggest so the people wouldn't be sick anymore of us albanians?! Drenica 1998-99 scenario, or kind of "Hostel4"?

well, apparently ivan wanted to sway the comments in a certain direction, and it is funny that he managed it. Few talked about what happened in Moscow, everybody busy with ivan.

Let me try something: Albanians are descendants of Illyrians. Alexander the Great was Illyrian :).

Zoti, anyone who calls themselves God (beleieve it or not, I actually know Albanian as a Serb) I have to question your mental state. The fact your trolling a Serb site speaks volumes...

Boze moj you know Albanian and you know that "Zoti" means God. I got news for you: God does not exist Zoti Tomislav.

Thanks Amer.

"Best would be IMO to appoint some "team leaders" (Amer and Mike for instance, in particular both are native English speakers) and make them quasi-moderate the entire mess.

Now what have I ever done to you?!! (Or Mike for that matter - but he can fight his own battles.)
