Without having mechanizm in place that will ensure future integrity of Serbia, Serbia should not issues passports withouth strong review of each applicant. Otherwise, once they have documents they will do what they have been doing for last fifty years, migrate to North and expand population is a goal to grab new teritories.

It proves that not all Kosovo Albanians agree on the UDI coz they know that these "GOONS" lead by Thaci will NEVER give them a bright / good future.

They see that it is better to live in a democratic Serbia and a ONE UNITED Republic.

Hmmmm...150 X 30 = 4500 a month. yeah, OK, Mr Serb official
(Hmmmmm, 24 January 2011 17:18)

Actually I'm glad as the majority are Serb and Roma. There are plenty of Roma with Albanian sounding names which might confuse the Vranje officials. If they consider themselves Serbian citizens more power to them. One day they will be living in Serbia and not Kosova and I couldn't be any happier.

Watch the amount of "Serbian" criminals rise in Interpol statistics as a direct result of this. So much for having a passport of the "Republic" of Kosov@.

Most amusing to read your Albanians wanting to leave paradise on earth. I think the EU is well aware of what is going on and this is permitted as they see Albanians living in Kosovo as part of Serbia and you will see with the upcoming negotiations that its part of the reintegration process.

Why so eager to see their names published? So that their body organs can be harvested too?

And once they are published, what then?
Terrorize them into giving up their democratic right to choose?
Only in a democratic state of "Kosova" do politicians threaten to publish names of citizens who don't tow the line.

Now we are issuing them in Vranje, wait till EU hears about it, and your shengen will be yanked.

So you obviously don't live anywhere near "Kosova" then? Perhaps somewhere near Kosovo-USA since you both sound the same?

Don't you understand that KiM Albanians have had enough of this crime infested hell-hole called "Kosova" and you are angry they are trying to escape? Why don't you go and live there if you think it's such a paradise.

No Kosovo passports are issued in Belgrade. I know this for a fact. I have an Albanian friend in Belgrade who has to go to Kragujevac to renew his documents.

Agim, you should be more concerned about why your fellow countrymen who claim to have their own independent country are applying for Serbian passports. The article didn't state that the K-Albanians were being issued the passports, just that the K-Albanians were applying.

MikeC

Serbia shouldn't issue one document/passport to albanians. It will be used in crime. Albanains will once more shame Serbia and Serbs for their criminal actions abroad. Not long ago I read about drugsmugglers from Serbia. However, they were k-albs but since they were Serbian citizens our people as a whole got the blame and shame of our "fellow" albanian neighbours. Sometimes I don't know what our government is doing. Time for the radicals to take over.

Ok Serbian passport works and you do not need visa does not matter if u are form Kosovo or Serbia.

And its true man many K-albanins have them its just much simpler to travel i know i hvae one and many in city of Peja/ pec have them no one cares sorry.

"Serbian passports for Kosovar citizens can be issued only in Belgrade,"

This is not correct.

Kosovo districts have always been held in Kragujevac, Vranje, Novi Pazar (I think) and one other city. This is nothing new. No Kosovo passports are issued in Belgrade. I know this for a fact. I have an Albanian friend in Belgrade who has to go to Kragujevac to renew his documents.

The southern Serbian town is handling registrar records for four Kosovo municipalities. The records were relocated to Vranje after the 1999 war in the province.

Serbian passports for Kosovar citizens can be issued only in Belgrade, and they are worthless, since everyone will need a visa. Now we are issuing them in Vranje, wait till EU hears about it, and your shengen will be yanked.
Serbian passport with writting; " Cordination Center" , are worthless paper.

150 every day...that results in more than 40 000 persons for 4 kosovar municipalities within a YEAR...sounds too good to be real...sorry. Above all if we keep in mind the current fast growing interest for albanian passports. In fact, Albania offers kosovars exceptionally favored procedure to get albanian passport (2 years residence in Albania...which is all but difficult condition to meet when you know the right person)...and as far as I know the albanian passport provides with the same and sole advantage: no visa...BUT albanians officials are albanians and kosovars don't risk their life by just crossing the albanian border as they do as regards the serbian one ....lol

No, they apply for Serbian passports in Serbia. Publishing name lists for with hunts - or better say: threatening to publish those lists of persons - is a habit common only in the independent dream state of Kosovo.
