You seem to not realize that the UN General assembly doesn't have any power whatsoever.
Even if 100% of the UNGA voted that "Kosovo je Srbija", it wouldn't mean anything.
"disagree" with this comment all you like, but perhaps first (or second) read the UN charter.

The kalbos are being slowly squeezed in 3 vises, so these statements about them dictating these "talks" are so funny ..HAHAHAHA.
Vise #1: The murder for organ scandal will not go away - how can their criminal leaders survive an investigation?
Vise #2: They are trying to form a so-called "government" from crooked elections - even their friend, farmer dell, criticized them.
Vise #3: Vuk is patiently waiting for the next UN General Assembly where Cina will introduce the resolution condemning the UDI if the kalbos refuse the talks. tadic watered down the resolution in exchange for talks; the kalbos violated the agreement, so tadic will try to blackmail the eu into making Serbia an official candidate in 2011. He has to accomplish this or the ds is out of power in 2012. The eu will refuse so tadic has to put the resolution through the UN to save his own skin.
