EU threatens Hungary over media law

European Digital Agenda Commissioner Neelie Kroes has given two weeks to Hungary to show that its new media law is in accordance with the EU rules.

The way I see it, there are 2 classes of EU members -- those who are REALLY in charge (read Germany, France, UK, Brussels) and those who are expected to toe the line or else ..... guess which category Hungary belongs to. And guess which category Serbia and the other Balkan countries will end up in IF they gain entry eons from now.

Methinks the EU actually allow those former European colonial powers to relive their dreams empire from a bygone (thank goodness) age.
