Slovenia in protest note to Croatia

Slovenia has sent a protest note to Croatia protesting what it sees as prejudging of the sea border between the two countries.

I'm sure montenegro is having issues with croatia about the same thing. Firstly, the sea issue, then causing issues with the Croation/Muslim alliance in Bosnia. We see a picture, they want to portray themselves as an empire. I'm not even talking about Krajina.....
