I imagine that there was a closing argument by the defense stating that the charges were not proved? Strange it hasn't been mentioned.

The defense will lie for their clients. The fact is that these Serbs were kidnapped by Albanians/KLA and they were proven to have been tortured and killed. The evidence was shown on their corpses in many cases.
There were many, many Albanians involved in kidnappings and they should be in jail and get much longer sentences than 13 years.

Serbs go so easy on those who commit crimes against other Serbs. When are Serbs going to really stand up for justice against Serbs? Stop quitting or going lax halfway through. Prosecute them all the way!

Correct, the defense SHOULD be mentioned, regardless what we believe is correct. Obviously what I am believing is very different from what you do believe - but as Hungarians do say: "believing is for church". This is court and not church. Hence you are right about words of defense missing being strange.

Let's see the verdict but I won't open California Ruby Cabernet for that sad case, not even hedgehogs will be mentioned.
