They call DOGS those Serbian thugs that are actually remnants/criminals that fought in 3 wars in 1990s (Croatia, Bosnia, and KOsovo). They ONLY ask for trouble, not only dangerous for Albanians and EULEX but also for Serbs themselves.
Let me assure you that 95% of Serbs in the North would like to get rid of those DOGS, they are the TOP troublemakes in the region.

It is easy for this guy now to work, as Serbia is prohibited for GOOD to issue car plates for Kosovo. So north of Kosovo is gradually get cleaned from thugs and order is being restored by KPS, KFOR and EULEX.
Serbia and Serbs in general have begun realising that they have to face reality, behave and respect Kosovo constitution or else PRISON awaits you.
This will be good for the peace and prosperity of Serbs in KOsovo first but naturally also for Kosovo and Balkan as a whole.
P.S. FOr you guys that you dont know or dont go to Northern Mitrovica, I know for sure because even my Serbian collegues from the North tell me that in North live lots of DOGS (they call the Serbia thugs).
