The Serbian government and the international community have reached an agreement on new Serbian license plates containing first letters of Kosovo towns.

and no one cares about that in EU- they bulled Kosova in order to left the visas to Serbia without any condition. Serbia gets more EU funds per-capita than Kosova or Albania.

Serbia’s reputation in front of EU... they have the entire opposition that represent something less than half of Serbian nation who is completely anti integration in EU and north-Atlantic organisation and you talk about Serbia’s reputation in front of EU...

The fact is that Kosova’s Govt has no strength to show the world above all the EU that is effectively independent and respected country but just a marionette of the Brussels.
The only influential capital that wants genuine independent Kosova is Washington – who unfortunately is too far and too big to bother everyday about Kosova’s inability to say NO even to simple things.
Kosova is way too accommodating towards Brussels and this is completely unreasonable – for the simple fact that her EU integration will start not before 10-15 years, so this poke and liking can wait for some years as far as I understand things.
So Serbia is a sovereign state and yet it can't issue plates to Kosovar minority. I thought you guys said Kosovo is Serbia....odd how you never say Serbia is Kosovo..always x=y never y=x. Why is that?

Like Obama’s public statements on China’s “human rights record” the texts out of the SSA being quoted here are all for domestic consumption and nothing else. It’s a face saving exercise and nothing more. These texts are like garnishes on a dish – they look good but you throw them away and eat the meal.
If the EU or Pristina had any real power they would have forced serbia to comply with all their conditions, but they don’t. As the years have passed the strength of the west weakens on the issue of Kosovo.
So Serbia is a sovereign state and yet it can't issue plates to Kosovar minority. I thought you guys said Kosovo is Serbia....odd how you never say Serbia is Kosovo..always x=y never y=x. Why is that?

No authority should scam the free people and seize the money by issuing "license plates” for a vehicle that you own and paid for it. But yet people are dumb and are fighting about whom they should pay those fees instead of getting together and not pay them at all.
Therefore the best solution that would satisfy Belgrade and Pristina would be to mandate the individuals to have Serbian plates in front and KS in a back and alternate those every day and if you have the plates on the wrong order the police can give you a fine.
See, its easy to make everyone happy, isnt it?!!

What ih Serbia has "already" issiued all the 20,000 plates for the interested veihcles???

In addition, inspection teams from the EU will be monitoring compliance with agreements, and obvious cheating and trickery won't do anything for Serbia's reputation or its chances for progress toward EU membership and the funds it represents.
Who cares? This is a petty, and ridiculous issue. The standard of living for citizens in KiM is the worst in Europe, and Pristina is concerned with car plates. That's what I call good and effective governing.
