Remember when Jeremic kept the entire UN diplomatic corps waiting an hour or two because he objected to allowing the Kosovar delegation to be seated before the UNGA vote, after many of these same delegates had voted informally to allow them to? I really didn't think the Universe kept account of such things.

You can't count on Dick Marty to support any call for de-recognition - he says that Kosovo should be independent, and he was never against it. There was just a little problem about following established procedure.
