I hope that the debate on Jan 25th does lead to a full scale investigation.

I also hope that it won't be completely ignored by the British media and others, but I fear that it may be. If they can get away with not exposing their own lies which led and supported these horrendous crimes, then they will.

No need for a conspiracy theory, it simply shows the panic and lack or arguments of Thaci and Berisha, and that they are miserable politicians lacking any diplomacy - which should be expected from a primie minister or president. For me it's obvious: If they had clean hands and nothing to hide, they would stay cool and wouldn't come up with silly insults for Marty. Better ask a psychologist how to explain their motivation.

The Dick head lead 2 years of investigation and provided not even single evidence.

Now do you think if he leads another investigation he would be more competent and provide a reliable and honest investigation???

My guess is that he would just want to fabricate evidences in order for him to provide justification for his cache earned from Belgrade and FSB.

Dick Marty is a history in this story - all he needs is to provide a good explanation of his 2 years spent time and resources without bringing any evidence.

He and his "report"- more honestly a Goebbels document- are simply a living fact of how a xenophobe bureaucrat can spend public money without being held accountable.

We are also awaiting eagerly the evidence but as Mr Dick Marty didn't show up at the EP, I am getting convinced there is indeed no proof/evidence.

His report is basically based on what the Serbian & Russian secret has offered him ... and we know to what that leads to: Lies & mal-information to make the Albanians look bad.

But the oposite has happened:

1. creating the ties between the Albanians even further

2. this report will back-fire to the Serbs

Even if everything which Marty writes is true, Serbia, the country responsible for so many terrible war crimes in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo, is the last country which has the right to cry so loud for justice. We should not forget the mass killings in Srebrenica, from which the International Court of Justice has concluded that Serbia failed to prevent these crimes. We should not forget that up to today Serbia is simply not willing to deliver Ratko Mladic to justice.......
This does not justify organ trading at all, but Serbia is not in the position to make demands, due to its responsibilities for all what happened.

Your Swiss friend once again took the money as a real Swiss and once again as a European reached to put some oil to the fire.. Once again the Serb politicians continued to keep alive the dispute between Serbs and the Albanians. And at the end of this no evidence story you will keep saying that is all Albanians fault...

2) There will be no meeting between Belgrade and the provincial capital pristina.

3) tadic will attempt to use 1) to blackmail the eu into making Serbia an eu candidate this year.

4) The eu will refuse to submit to blackmail by their usual statements of "support for Serbia".

5) Vuk will re-introduce the anti-independence resolution at the UN General Assembly. China will be the co-sponsor.

6) The us will suffer a major humiliation when this resolution passes through the UN - hillary clinton will resign and run against obama.

Apparantly if you want to kill an argument, or a debate, the best way to do this is to accuse the other side of being Nazi's. At this point it is difficult if not impossible to continue the debate. Studies have found that the arguement tends to stop after the accusation that someone is Hitler or a Nazi. They call it point zero. At this point zero in the debate, people tend to move on to a different discussion.

More lies and mistruths...I myself just the other day posted a link to an article which had 2 Serbian captives under UCK's control which are alive and well in bg. Why weren't their organs harvested, or killed?

They really need to find the remains of the kidnapped. For many it's like those kidnapped by the KLA (and under the watch of NATO/UN) disappeared into the Bermuda Triangle.
Many have pointed out that Kosovo is not a large area and there were many thousands of foreign soldiers and personnel back in 1999 and 2000. So many people are keeping what they saw/know a secret.
There was the Italian commander who noted the smell of dead Serbs going on for weeks after the KLA took over.
The KLA was genociding Serbs and Roma.

Robert the victims of whichever ethnic group have as much right as anybody else to have justice.

There is no such thing as one nation or ethnic group having less rights or less of a right to voice a call for justice.

These arguments that claim that one side or the other has no right to seek this or that because of what they did are nothing but nonsense. It is the way that immature societies prefer to finger point at others rather than solve the problems at hand.

I support justice for all, not justice for one group above another.

perhaps the irregular blask mask wearing drunken "heroes" that poured into kosovo from serbia to specifically target innocent civilians would be able to shed light on their misdeeds.
