Think about it, Albanians resisted two superior cultural forces, not even counting the Italian/Latin one on the west. Many other cultures have disappeared under such influences.
Albanians employeed more than 25 Generals and Ministers in the Ottoman Empire (as in fact did some Serbs and Greeks), as you can see we ruled it, not only because we were not passive and inward people, but also because we couldn't just roll over and die? We did our fighting when we could, way more successfully then you. Did Serbs fight the turks more then Albanians, in any way shape or form, oh yes you did when Russia did it for you....

Perhaps the committee can learn from its mistake and not rubber-stamp the report on witness protection in the Balkans before the misreports of the deaths of Kosovar witnesses are removed from it.

I agree with most of what you said but I think the report on the witness protection in the balkans is probably more factual. It is just that the Serbian press is only highlighting the parts on Kosovo. Kosovo is most definitely on the bottom of this list but it still is working with a Kosovo system less than 3 years, and still a large portion of this is controlled by the international forces.
The report also says Serbia has the toughest battle here due to the sheer high numbers of JNA and paramilitary that are accused of war crimes.
The story is changing before our very eyes - instead of an appearance before the committee on the 18th, it's now to be at some "mutually convenient date." They might as well forget all about it - they lost the chance to examine Marty by rushing to approve the report, and now he's apparently hoping for the same result from the Parliament. I really don't think he's a paid Serb propagandist, but he certainly is eager to protect his own reputation, which might be hard if the committee rescinded its acceptance of the report. Perhaps the committee can learn from its mistake and not rubber-stamp the report on witness protection in the Balkans before the misreports of the deaths of Kosovar witnesses are removed from it.
