The report explains that the OHR staff is “frustrated” over the present situation and their inability to influence political developments.

Translation: the EU has no more money to influence each of the sides.

Now get this the US/EU are trying to extract themselves from wars they have lost in the Middle East but they “could muster the political will and military means to act”. To act as what? Buffoons making empty threats?

The EU is dealing with an economic crises never seen on this planet with member after member going into bankruptcy and meanwhile the US has only now started to make cut backs in its spending – look at California’s next budget - and they are making idiotic statements about keeping Bosnia together.

Is it any wonder that the west is a laughing stock even in the Middle East. Either do something or shut the hell up!

ICG is a group of irrelevant busybodies that no longer have much of an audience anymore. They waste donors' money issuing anti-Serb blather that has become background noise. No one is going to intervene anymore militarily so why not just let...it ....go.

'OHR’s strongest local advocates, the left-leaning Social Democratic Party (SDP) and the centrist Party for Democratic Action (SDA), both predominantly supported by Bosniaks, are coming to terms with life without an international governor.'

Isn't it interesting how some people like to be ruled by others and some people like to be free and independent (Serbs)? Nothing much changes and history keeps repeating itself. This is the main reason the imperial powers had it in for Serbs, they prefer obedient lackies just like all our neighbours.
Anybody who wants to be ruled by Inzko, an Austrian, should move there. He is definitely not welcome on Serbian soil.
Cheers!

Territorial integrity? What about the territorial integrity of Serbia? Will the international community act to preserve that?

And yes: same goes for Georgia!

The ICG? The ICG released this? With the latest CoE report, it looks like more pro-RUS realists in international organizations popping up un-coincidently on the eve of the S. Stream
