Voting was repeated in five municipalities in Kosovo and Metohija where irregularities were reported during the Dec. 12 elections.

yes, indeed good, but again with irregularities, maybe one observer/one voter should be the right solution...
Only missed opportunities to show a better face, but is it really a surprise ?

All that effort to rerun the voting, and the results turn out to be nearly identical to the ones they got the first time: preliminary results - PDK 32.0%, LDK 24.7%. Which is about what the pre-(first)election polls were predicting, isn't it?

And I read the first reports about new irregularities, with observers being threatened, and ballots declared as invalid where the voter didn't vote for the local clan, with the people who count the votes belonging to the same clan.
