Western diplomats are usually a part of the process...
They are now very busy in trying to minorize the PDK ressult so that no coalition can be organised against their will!

What a mess! This level of incompetence, plain fraud & disorganization plus the extent foreign involvement is characteristic of an African country. Compare KiM Albanian institutions to smooth & organized RS Serb institutions and its obvious that Albanians should be embarassed but they seem to lack that sensibility
