The repeating of election is best sign that Kosova is a perfect democracy. In Kosova, all people are equal and have a right to vote, even the dead ones which were killed by Serbs!

why so many polling booths.
is it to allow the dead to rise up again and vote, hold on they also have to travel from albania to vote

Don´t you worry about that "Bottom", these "observers" of yours will recognize any puppet and/or monster as legitimate winner as long as they are clients installed by the west in the first place, no matter the outcome.
