Before Serbia can attract investors, it needs to completely change it's tax code, eliminate 80% of the useless bureau-crazy, make it easier to transfer funds to/from Serbia and, last but not least, completely transform Serbian society so that they're not dragged down and disabled mentally by a legacy of communistic type thinking.

Ya. That'll happen in 2011.

Or..... You can just put up the sign and call it a day
