Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Božidar Đelić says that Serbia could submit the EC questionnaire to EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule on January 31.

I honestly think that the EU should be broken into two separately controlled entities. The Eastern EU and the Western EU. Right now it's just too lop-sided with the richer countries controlling everyone else. Eastern europe should not have to jump through all of the hoops and basically change their identities to please other nations.

Wonder were the EC questionnaire for Albania is? Strange that they are no closer to EU membership today then they were 30 years ago.
