So, do they have a plan for actually getting back control of Kosovo, or does that just remain on the wish list?

I am intrigued about why so many consider that to be a poor comment (11 negatives at the time of writing).
It is a perfectly reasonable question with some interesting implications. So please do write and explain why you think it is a question deserving negative votes rather than being an insightful initiator of an interesting range of debate about the aims and pragmatics of the Kosovo situation.

"The minister pointed out that the Serbian diplomacy will try to prevent new recognitions of Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence.."
How that "strategy" will help re integrating Kosovo into Serbia or reestablishment of Serbia sovereignity over Kosovo? There is NO LOGIC whatsoever in that. Expecially stating it openly it is very stupid diplomatically. That "strategy" antagonises more the Albanians in Kosovo and help integrating Kosovo into Albania.

Why does a meeting of Serbian ambassadors have signage in English (as a second language)?
