Zoran, it is pointless, these trolls have no idea how justice works in a civilized world....

Last time I checked; it worked based on evidence. Do you have any other ideas how it works? Illuminate us about how it works without the existence of evidence.

P.S Still waiting for Dick to come forward with evidence. Just a single one would do.

It is because all of the warring factions agreed to the establishment of Republika Srpska, incidentally with a lot more autonomy than it currently has. The Bosnian Srbs did not unilaterally create the RS.

hampered by serious Albanian and KLA mafia threats. It's game over for the mafia in the region.

pathetic, a report that contains no evidence is considered validation?

this has been nothing but political propaganda from the start. It never works.

all we see here is a flunky who already understands that it wont work.... but of course he will never admit the fiction, he his preparing an excuse.

"political pressure" will be the excuse they spew when the facts and evidence never surface?

Although I am sure the good prosecutor has the best of intentions , it must be said again : that until Serbia actually has captured Mladic and sends him to the Hague , it has little or no credibility when it argues that it can fairly and justly prosecute any kosovo Albanian - whether it be for something as barbaric as organ trafficing or as mundane as jay walking.

The fact that anyone thinks Serbia can regain any sense of justice or honour without the arrest of Mladic is at best - naive.

Can be a possibility that those missing person a re somewhere in Russia or Latin
America or somewhere else of that matter and their families think that they are missing. Can be that some of those people killed Albanians and they do not want to be prosecuted by the law where ever that might be? Pose and think about before accusing Albanians.

EA, stop playing games. You know very well that Carla Del Ponte said the investigation by the NATO court was hampered by serious Albanian and KLA mafia threats. It's game over for the mafia in the region.

The prosecutor expressed fear that there was "political pressure that could jeopardize the Kosovo organ trafficking case".

So first it was a victory for serbian justice. Now it is a jeopardized victory. Same as Jeremic's diplomatic victory at ICJ.

"Serbia'a war crimes prosecutor believes that "there is no policy that would stand behind a man who took part in something like human organ trafficking"."

-- Of course there isn't. Now , if only you and Dick bring one single evidence to the international justice system, instead of sitting on it for years; then we could take everything you say seriously. Until then Snowhite and the seven dwarves are way more believable.

If this case is proved to be true then we have amongst our midst a ruthless, self serving and despicable human being who is supposed to advocate truth, liberty and justice among the people he represents, thus a hypocrite in the worst possible sense. We all know who I am talking about namely, Kosovo Albanian PM Hashim Thaci. However these days there is all too often smoke before a fire and politics is a dirty game, so no one can know for sure until this case comes to court and then finally to a satisfactory conclusion. I only hope, that if this "Yellow House" drama is proven to be fact rather than fiction the persons involved in these inhumane acts are sentenced to the full extend of the law, so that the victims and their families can get get some closure. Above all I hope that this will not evolve into some political white wash, because then we will never see peace between the people who live in Kosovo.

"....but this report gives us satisfaction that we were right when we said these things happened..."

Who told you that? The well known anti Kosovo independence and anti Albanian Dick Marty? Three times his accusations have been insvestigated and the conclusion was "there are no evidence". Dick Marty, in his report talks about 300 "kidnapped, killed Serbs" but doesn't mentioned any names...Dick Marty was also quick to defend himself by "being immune" from any prosecution...This is Dick Marty.
