Are the future wars and missions of the army (hopefully there won't be any) going to have a holier character now?

Usually their job is psychological help, probably some basic medical, too. The rest can be regarded as garnish for political and generic consumption. God forbid, some people die - the priest(s) duty is to keep the spirit of the survivors and/or help to serve the wounded. You do not need to even think in military terms - think about a natural disaster (fire, earthquake, flood) anywhere on the planet and Serbian army going to help.

Even non-religious people do change - at least during a crisis. Having help like this can save life of people.

Serbia uses the religion for political purposes. That is all about. Look at Kosovo, Serbia has brainwashed people to believe that it is "its holy land"....)

Don’t the Americans have priests in their armed forces telling their people that their Afghanistan/Iraqi operations is the right thing to do as its God’s work to free these people from tyranny??????? The Albos should watch a couple of episodes of MASH.

"The service will be held by highly educated priests.."

Puzzled as to what "highly educated" means. Is it about priests with a university degree? Will "the lowly educated" ones not serve in the army? Who is paying for this? Is this one additional way for state funds to go to the church? What will the paycheck of those priests be? Is there a voice in the budget of the government for religious services in the army? Right next to the voice on pensions of veterans maybe? or is the church going to fund this on its own? The article mentions Serbian tradition. Can someone kind enough help me, because I am not very clear on that. What did the minister mean by "religion in the army is in keeping with Serbian tradition"? Also, since this thing is being done in 2010, does that mean that Serbian tradition was not respected until now? Are the future wars and missions of the army (hopefully there won't be any) going to have a holier character now?
