Who do the USA think they are telling nations not connected to them in any way that they should surrender their freedom to become a chattel of the Brussels dictatorship.?
How about this American love that we are hearing. How about this love be shared with a couple batteries of Patriot missiles and some of the excess F16 block 50 fighters, or the F18. In fact, some of the low flying hour air frames of the F111 in storage would be a nice lovely gift. this way serbia can be part of nato since serbia has modernised to nato standards, is this what we are hearing from the defense ministry.

I am currently in Belgrade for the holidays, visiting from the USA. And I can tell you, I have not spoken to anyone here that considers the USA a friend of Serbia. In fact, the people I have spoken to have great animosity towards the US, and with reason. I have listened to many stories of the horrors suffered by the NATO bombings, and now America says we are Serbia's friend and want them in the EU. They want Serbia in the EU to control them, people here know that. By the way, not many are hot on the EU either. It is all politics, as usual, with these statements by diplomats. They are paid to lie.
