Croatian President Ivo Josipović says there is no reason for Croatia's response to Serbia's genocide countersuit to jeopardize the good relations.

Did Croatia ever pay Serbia and the families of the 700.000 thousand Serbs killed by the Croats in Jasenovac and other death camps? I think not. If there is a fair and balanced solution then I'm all for that. But to pay to someone that already ows us simply won't happen.

Census records reveal it was Serbs who were genocided and ethnically cleansed in the 20th century in Croatia. Serbs were like 20-25% in what's now Croatia at the beginning of the 20th century and were down to around 4% by 2001.
Tudjman was caught on tape and film about his plans for removing and liquidating Serbs in Croatia.
The Croats initiated the violence - as all of the meddling west's tools did in the Balkans.
Croats should pay up for all the Serbian homes and land they stole and which they've prevented Serbs from returning to for almost 2 decades. They should be paying rent and back-rent for all the apartments and homes of Serbs Croats have been living in too.

I think that is limited to the Serbian population!
It is a shame though more Serbians have not moved beyond the 90's.

As long as liberalism, euroscepticism, yugonostalgia and tolerance of gays and other sexual extremists continues in CRO at the current rate, Serbs will win in the long run with or without these petty lawsuits

Yes, Croats are so innocent. I remember how they cheered when Croat tanks and military aided by the US rolled over Serbian civilians in operation storm. This isn't the 1990s anymore and people view Croatia as the racist state it actually is.
