Sure it is, innocent until proven guilty. You can say: 'I'm innocent, the accusations are totally not true'. But in a democracy, a court and judges decide if you are innocent or not. And first of all, you don't threat or insult prosecutors in advance, calling them 'racists' who are only doing their jobs to find out the truth.

Every accusation must be investigated, in a state with law and order, especially those serious ones. And even a PM is not above the law and out of reach of the justice.

Against who? Against their citizens – Albanian civilians. It was not a war between two armies; it was a clean fight of Serbian army against Albanian citizens. Of course these civilians should try to do something to protect themselves. Some young people went to Albanian took some AK47, few machine guns and other light weapons to protect themselves and the family. I remember in summer 1998 the battle in Drenica, near Komoran. The number of tanks and armored vehicles in Serbian side was bigger than the number of KLA soldiers generally armed with AK47. It took for your army 48 hours to win the battle. All your soldiers did was that after the artillery did the job they went home by home and killed everyone they found there including children and woman. The majority of civilians at that time moved to the Berisha Mountains where they were protected by KLA who lost the battle in the field and was staying in mountains. Your brave soldiers did not go there because Tanks and artillery could not support them. Your soldiers did not come to Kosovo to die, but to kill and steal anything they can. There was not a single computer left at any Albanian home at that time, even Hi-Fi and CD players. Looks like the poor people were sent to war, and reach ones did the politics from Beograd.

Against who? Against their citizens – Albanian civilians. It was not a war between two armies; it was a clean fight of Serbian army against Albanian citizens. Of course these civilians should try to do something to protect themselves. Some young people went to Albanian took some AK47, few machine guns and other light weapons to protect themselves and the family. I remember in summer 1998 the battle in Drenica, near Komoran. The number of tanks and armored vehicles in Serbian side was bigger than the number of KLA soldiers generally armed with AK47. It took for your army 48 hours to win the battle. All your soldiers did was that after the artillery did the job they went home by home and killed everyone they found there including children and woman. The majority of civilians at that time moved to the Berisha Mountains where they were protected by KLA who lost the battle in the field and was staying in mountains. Your brave soldiers did not go there because Tanks and artillery could not support them. Your soldiers did not come to Kosovo to die, but to kill and steal anything they can. There was not a single computer left at any Albanian home at that time, even Hi-Fi and CD players. Looks like the poor people were sent to war, and reach ones did the politics from Beograd.

Sure it is, innocent until proven guilty. You can say: 'I'm innocent, the accusations are totally not true'. But in a democracy, a court and judges decide if you are innocent or not. And first of all, you don't threat or insult prosecutors in advance, calling them 'racists' who are only doing their jobs to find out the truth.

Every accusation must be investigated, in a state with law and order, especially those serious ones. And even a PM is not above the law and out of reach of the justice.
