So, Thaci should be extradited to Belgrade, and face a Serbian court for the accusations against him - organ-harvesting, murder, treason, gun running, and countless other crimes.

Does your country have an extradition agreement with Govt of Kosovo? No! Even if you did this is a political extradition aka a political witch-hunt which the accused can seek asylum in Kosovo or elsewhere....why do you think Assange all of a sudden is wanted for a sexual crime....if he was wanted solely for Cablegate (political) no country would extradite him.

Why you bother, Thaci is already indicted by Serbian court for 20 years in 1997 as a criminal. Serbia also has a arrest order for Thaci to the Interpol. I do not understand what is a need to indict him again without doing the first one?
Please Serbia act officially right at least!

Shkreti, Thaci was a Serbian citizen, and is accused of committing crimes in the serbian province of Kosovo. Even if the UDI is taken into account, that was in 2008. These supposed crimes were to have been committed after Kosovo became a UN protectorate and Serbia had no jurisdiction.
I realize your desperation in wanting him tried in Serbia because that is the only way to guarantee a conviction, but it would also end any chances of Serbia moving out of international isolation, plus you would never take possession of him as no country that he traveled to would honor the warrant, similar to Ceku. Serbia has a warrant for him but no country has ever agreed to extradiction

If Thaci is guilty of these crimes then i agree he should be prosecuted. Not by the serbian gov't.There is a saying if you live in a glass house, you shouldn't throw any stones.Prosecute your own criminals first, then go after the other's.

Thaci may be a criminal but do these ppl want another war, because thats what would happend regardless if he is the biggest criminal. If you guys want any talks then stay away from our ppl as far as possible and dont try to act righteous.

As we have seen in past SNS wouldnt want anything then to finish what Slobodan started
