Oh, the next episode in the great 'anti-independence-network' conspiracy theory. Now the report is even "an attempt at concealing Kosovo victims."


Sure, excatly that's what a report is like, which calls for investigating on what happened to missing persons (not only Serbs, btw., but Albanian 'collaborators', too)

Rolandi, the evidence will be made public only after it is presented to the proper judicial bodies. Everyone knows that Thaci and his followers would go after the witnesses to silence them. Be patient, and the truth will be made public in due course. Either Thaci and the KLA will be cleared, or the disgrace will be a bitter pill for Kosovs's independence, and those that support it. Patience, please.

First: How can Kosovo urge EU? Sorry, I think Kosovo has megalomania.

No, no, no....This investigation will be made and this time it will be done properly. Obviously, there are a massive documentation about all the criminality done by K Albanians from mid 90s up to 2009. People WILL go down for this. Like one diplomat said last week: "The Serbs have had it, now we are going after the other side in full force". The K Albanians thought they were home free. Now its time for a line up ! Like someone here said, when time comes (court, protected witnesses etc) you will see and hear all evidence. Just calm down and have a good cup of coffee.

The Albanians keep on acting as if there isn't any evidence against Thaci et al. What are you expecting there to be? Don't forget in most such crimes, the perps do the utmost to protect themselves by getting rid of evidence. Then it's up to the prosecutors to find evidence. I doubt Marty would have done this without there being an possible evidence. What motive does he have? The Kalbs say it's to destabilize Kosovo or to prevent more recognitions, or even more outlandish is the claim that Serbia is somehow paying Marty. None of these explanations hold water. First, Marty is a professional who uncovered secret CIA prison camps in Europe. Was that a fabrication? Second, Serbia is poor and has little power over the Western European governments. Third, most of the people making accusations against Kosovo's Thaci already made accusations against Serbs in the past. Delponte worked for the most anti-Serb institution in history, the war crimes tribunal. I know you love your people and that is a good thing. I wish most people in the world loved their own as much as Albanians love their own. However, it is possible that some of your people are bad seeds. Don't forget that while Thaci and his crew are living the good life, most Albanians in Kosovo are unemployed and poor. This reminds me a lot of how African Americans will do anything to defend a fellow African American against accusations by White Americans, even if the person the African Americans are defending is a known criminal. It's time for this stuff to end if you ever want to be part of Europe. Thaci is done for good with the rest of Europe. I'll bet that most Europeans see him as a horrible person now after these accusations. If I were in your place I'd stay away from him, just like Serbs eschewed Milosevic after he went on trial.

Naturally they would like to have the report rejected, as this will implicate the so called new democracy in Europe and its patron, the United States of Windbags, but there is a little matter of Russia. It’s the Russians that are paying back the US in slow and agonizing ways. If you think 2010 was bad for the US there more to come; much, much more.

Luan, for having connections the black market of organs I don't see any problem with the KLA, with their connections to black market of weapons, money laundry, human trafficking and drug distribution. It might have been that some hospitals, even in Albania, have been involved. Doctors could have been 'imported' from Turkey, like it has been in the latest case of (voluntary) organ donors in Pristina (some of them - how surprising - were ripped off and didn't receive the promised money after the operation took place).

I don't say anything about IF it happened, just some idea how it COULD have happened. Investigators will find out if the allegations are true or not - if they are not hindered and blocked by official institutions of Kosovo and Albania, like with the last investigations.

It looks that the panic has not only contaminated the k-albs on this site but the all apparatus. What an arrogance and ignorance to try to openly push EU to reject the report. This report that was at the end mandated by the COE, meaning 27 european countries....
As Daniel rightly pointed out, Mr Marty was supposed to bring facts, which he did, it is now upto to the justice to open an investigation, and this is what the snake and his gang is trying to avoid as much as possible !!
Kosovo has already a tremendous challenge to move forward with their illegal UDI, let alone now after these facts on thaci and his gang were made public...
K-albs tend to forget that some of these facts are based on well documented report from different foreign secret services, so just be patient... If you want to clear kosovo name you have no choice than going thru this process and maybe you should revise your view on your super heroes and get your head out of the sand..., impunity never last for ever !!

Oh, no they will not be allowed to take up Albanian passports. Do you think that the EU is that stupid? Well I don’t. One sniff of this happening and Albania’s visa free movement is finished. Ask your brethren in Albania how they will when visa free travel is gone.
Kosovo is not recognized by the EU nor UN and that’s how it’s going to stay and our allies the Russians are only going to ramp up the heat next year. If you don’t understand the strategy here it is – it matters little whether there is evidence or not because when you fling mud some of it sticks permanently, as the Serbs have found out the hard way. But there is plenty of evidence that’ll implicate both the US and their friends the Kosovo Albanians.
Kosovo is going nowhere and its status quo will be maintained. The talks will break down because the Serbs will make sure they do exactly that and then blame the Albanians. More miserly and pain is on the way for the Albanians in Kosovo.

Why not - Serbia is calling for it to be accepted because it thinks it favors its side, why shouldn't Kosovo call for it to be rejected, if it believes it is unfair and inaccurate?

"Well-documented" is a wild exaggeration - no country accepted the findings of their intelligence service as warranting further investigation, not even Serbia's best friend Greece. I am not a doctor, but referring to a Macedonian (not Albanian) Dr. Aleksej Duma, the director of Institute of Forensic Medicine & Criminologya in Macedonia publish in Macedonian daily news, harvesting human organs is not as simple as you and me think. Some of Serbian journals found and interviewed the Turkish doctor to whom you are referring. He told them that his Serbian colleagues laugh about the idea that KLA people were able to harvest human organs. Albanian medical infrastructure in 1999 for sure is known for all secret services which were there during that period. Albanian borders were open at that time because of refugees from Kosovo so everyone was able to go there as journalist of through humanitarian organizations. How it comes that nobody found a single evidence so far, a single name. After the war investigations were led by Hague court, UNMIK and EULEX, NOT by Albanians. They did not find any evidence. If you think that NATO tropes and western countries supported them in this business by closing their eyes, than it is different story. I personally trust western civilization.
