No, there's one side which is denying and spinning fairy tales about an 'anti-independence network' being at work to push this crime-only case into a political dimension. These people must be afraid of the truth to be uncovered. Evidence that he refuses to give to international organs or even make public. While Albania has contacted EULEX and even Hague allowing a full mandate on such an investigations; Serbia has been apathetic and lethargic. It has not made one single move. It has been sitting on its a$$ claiming to be sitting on a treasure trove of evidence. Excuse my skepticism but this lethargy is not typical of a side who's in urgent need of investigation that reveal the truth. In fact it is typical of a side that does not want any investigation.
