Yes, of course, THE WEST has so many interest in Kosovo, this big, rich important state in the heart of Europe. First of all, THE WEST is present there to secure all the natural resources: Oil, gold, gas, platinum, diamonds.. what else.. ah, yes, of course NATO! These KLA=Albanian death camps must be investigated. This investigation is eleven years too late. Albania should have sanctions imposed on it until it allows a complete investigation into its role in supporting the KLA and it's alleged organ trafficking. Three "Dukagjini" witnesses killed (So called "Dukagjini group" consists of former KLA militants lead by Ramush and Daut Haradinaj.)

Bota Sot explains that the recent murder of a Kosova Policewoman was a part of a systematic liquidation of crucial witnesses against former KLA and Albanian mafia warlords in Pec-Decani area: "Three of these witnesses have been murdered: Tahir Zemaj, Ilir Selimaj and Sebahate Tolaj; while there have been several attempts to kill Ramiz Muriqi"

The first judicial process in Kosova against those that have committed crimes during the war and after seems to be unfinished. Unfortunately, although justice has spoken, "deputies" of the crime seem to be determined to continue the criminal activities to the end. These executors of these crimes, that still stroll around freely in Dukagjin and in Kosovo, have on their "black list" all living witnesses of the so-called "Dukagjini Process" which was held at the end of last year.

Those that remember the trial against the "Dukagjini Group" know that the main witnesses, in the trial against those accused of killing the four fighters of the brigade "Mërgimi", have been Col. Tahir Zemaj, Ilir Selimaj, Vesel Muriqi, and Ramiz Muriqi etc. Amongst those fighters of the former Brigade 134, commanded by Col. Tahir Zemaj, that had information about the killing of the four "Mërgimi" fighters, was Sebahate Tolaj. Three of these personalities have been murdered: Tahir Zemaj, Ilir Selimaj and Sebahate Tolaj; while there have been several attempts to kill Ramiz Muriqi.

This dark chapter of the crime in Dukagjini completely darkens the horizon of free Kosova even four years after the expulsion of the Serbian military forces from Kosova. It is also killing of the bloodied freedom of Kosova and a killing against witnesses that testify for crimes against humanity that are committed during the war or after it. The murder of Sebahate Tolaj and wounding of Jusuf Haklaj and Hysen Lataj (the three were members of the Investigation Unit for Serious Crimes in Pec), is another criminal act against all those fighters of freedom.

But, why was Sebahate Tolaj murdered in an ambush?

Sebahate Tolaj has been an officer and one of the highest-ranking officers of FARK (Armed Forces of Kosova Republic) of the Defense Ministry of Republic of Kosova. She was a comrade of the legendary commandants Sali Çeku and Tahir Zemaj. She also participated in the glorious battle of Koshare. After the war she worked for the KPS where she has been an outstanding member.

According to information from Peja, Sebahate Tolaj and Isuf Haklaj have been directly involved in investigations over the murder of Col. Tahir Zemaj who was murdered on January 4, 2002. In fact, Sebahate Tolaj, at the moment of her assassination, seems to have had the file with investigations about killing of Col. Tahir Zemaj. Considering this fact and the nature of killings this year in the Dukagjini region, we could say that perpetrators of these crimes are those that execute the orders given by higher "ranking" individuals that are directly involved in the "Dukagjini Process". Therefore, they are servants of those order-givers that are in prison now or of somebody that is a "civilian" today, but that at the time of execution of the four members of the "Mërgimi" brigade were in high command positions of the KLA.

Therefore, this murder is also directly connected with the trial process and sentencing of the "Dukagjini Group" because of the fact that all those persons murdered were witnesses in this process or investigators of serious crimes in Pec and Dukagjini. I read it on a foreign Newspaper that there is some strong evidence that there are mass graves between the line border of Macedonia and Serbia. Many people believe that Mr Tadic has asked Mr Gruevski privately to not allow any investigation at the moment. These sources mention the fact that those mass graves might hold the truth of more then 2000 Kosovar Albanians missing since 1999. That’s where Mr Marty should be concentrated next and for that he doesn’t need to go to cash in Moscow.

Either I forgot to clearly point that the text is from Kosovo Albanian daily newspaper Bota Sot, published in Prishtina. ( I could swear I wrote this in a paragraph of its ownThe case is one against Ramush Haradinaj and others. The witnesses started dying already long before ICTY tried Haradinaj. Probably some acute infection...

Kosovars I like to remind of one thing: there are many Albanian families whose members were killed by KLA. Only fear keeps most of them from opening their mouths. I'm in contact with 3 such families.

But there will be a day when some members of these families get enough and decide to talk. Until that time "patriotic" Kosovars who threaten them, and those servants who deny the facts also on this comment site, they live in a dream that the case is closed. Well, it just isn't.

Does he believe in an independent Ksoova or not?

Preferably Id' like the answer to come from a location other than Moscow.

Yes, of course, THE WEST has so many interest in Kosovo, this big, rich important state in the heart of Europe. First of all, THE WEST is present there to secure all the natural resources: Oil, gold, gas, platinum, diamonds.. what else.. ah, yes, of course NATO! It is notorious that Kosovo has been run by criminals and mafia since Nato’s bombing. Though lots of money has been pumped into Kosovo’s economy, it appears that its flow terminated into Thaci and his cronies’ pockets.But they have insatiable appetite for money and they have opted for most desgusting way of acquiring it. It is such a revolting crime that it makes people sick when they hear or read it,so I will not repeat it this time.In order to dispel and refute the accusation,he often releases statements in media assuming that the best way to defend himself is to charge the other party.He will never make confessions for his crimes,he will go on exerting his power by means of his criminal environment to eliminate potential witnesses the same way Ramush Haradinaj did. His criminal activities were known long ago but the investigations of the crimes were hampered, his international sponsors deflected accusations. Now when the truth is disclosed , he is a great panic that his patrons have abandoned him.

The americans tried to hide the evidence from their war crimes in Irak and Afghanistan but Wikileaks provided the world with the truth. Hopefully the truth about alabanian/american attrocities will be know to the world one day as well. The accusations of organ harvesting is a good start. Hopefully wittnesses can be protected this time and tell the world what is already known about albanian crimes against humanity in Kosovo and Albania.

Totally wrong. Read: It did my job, and it was to create this report. Now it's up to official prosecutors (from the relevant countries/institutions, i.e. EULEX in the case of Kosovo), maybe some international war crime tribunal (though the ICTY is closed and doesn't open new cases) to file charges and to begin court proceedings to find the truth and prove the allegations false or wrong.

Either I forgot to clearly point that the text is from Kosovo Albanian daily newspaper Bota Sot, published in Prishtina. ( I could swear I wrote this in a paragraph of its ownThe case is one against Ramush Haradinaj and others. The witnesses started dying already long before ICTY tried Haradinaj. Probably some acute infection...

Kosovars I like to remind of one thing: there are many Albanian families whose members were killed by KLA. Only fear keeps most of them from opening their mouths. I'm in contact with 3 such families.

But there will be a day when some members of these families get enough and decide to talk. Until that time "patriotic" Kosovars who threaten them, and those servants who deny the facts also on this comment site, they live in a dream that the case is closed. Well, it just isn't.

Also, just a side note... Don't forget 1244 is still in force and everybody should act is accordance with it as Kosovo did when declaring independence.

Look at the bigger picture: the UDI has been going nowhere since this summer thanks to Russo-Serb diplomacy, even wikileaks has shown American weakness and Russia's power in the EU and now Thaci's implication in Organ-gate. It's all a slow Decline for those that aren't afraid to look and uh...laugh vengefully

Three "Dukagjini" witnesses killed (So called "Dukagjini group" consists of former KLA militants lead by Ramush and Daut Haradinaj.)

Bota Sot explains that the recent murder of a Kosova Policewoman was a part of a systematic liquidation of crucial witnesses against former KLA and Albanian mafia warlords in Pec-Decani area: "Three of these witnesses have been murdered: Tahir Zemaj, Ilir Selimaj and Sebahate Tolaj; while there have been several attempts to kill Ramiz Muriqi"

The first judicial process in Kosova against those that have committed crimes during the war and after seems to be unfinished. Unfortunately, although justice has spoken, "deputies" of the crime seem to be determined to continue the criminal activities to the end. These executors of these crimes, that still stroll around freely in Dukagjin and in Kosovo, have on their "black list" all living witnesses of the so-called "Dukagjini Process" which was held at the end of last year.

Those that remember the trial against the "Dukagjini Group" know that the main witnesses, in the trial against those accused of killing the four fighters of the brigade "Mërgimi", have been Col. Tahir Zemaj, Ilir Selimaj, Vesel Muriqi, and Ramiz Muriqi etc. Amongst those fighters of the former Brigade 134, commanded by Col. Tahir Zemaj, that had information about the killing of the four "Mërgimi" fighters, was Sebahate Tolaj. Three of these personalities have been murdered: Tahir Zemaj, Ilir Selimaj and Sebahate Tolaj; while there have been several attempts to kill Ramiz Muriqi.

This dark chapter of the crime in Dukagjini completely darkens the horizon of free Kosova even four years after the expulsion of the Serbian military forces from Kosova. It is also killing of the bloodied freedom of Kosova and a killing against witnesses that testify for crimes against humanity that are committed during the war or after it. The murder of Sebahate Tolaj and wounding of Jusuf Haklaj and Hysen Lataj (the three were members of the Investigation Unit for Serious Crimes in Pec), is another criminal act against all those fighters of freedom.

But, why was Sebahate Tolaj murdered in an ambush?

Sebahate Tolaj has been an officer and one of the highest-ranking officers of FARK (Armed Forces of Kosova Republic) of the Defense Ministry of Republic of Kosova. She was a comrade of the legendary commandants Sali Çeku and Tahir Zemaj. She also participated in the glorious battle of Koshare. After the war she worked for the KPS where she has been an outstanding member.

According to information from Peja, Sebahate Tolaj and Isuf Haklaj have been directly involved in investigations over the murder of Col. Tahir Zemaj who was murdered on January 4, 2002. In fact, Sebahate Tolaj, at the moment of her assassination, seems to have had the file with investigations about killing of Col. Tahir Zemaj. Considering this fact and the nature of killings this year in the Dukagjini region, we could say that perpetrators of these crimes are those that execute the orders given by higher "ranking" individuals that are directly involved in the "Dukagjini Process". Therefore, they are servants of those order-givers that are in prison now or of somebody that is a "civilian" today, but that at the time of execution of the four members of the "Mërgimi" brigade were in high command positions of the KLA.

Therefore, this murder is also directly connected with the trial process and sentencing of the "Dukagjini Group" because of the fact that all those persons murdered were witnesses in this process or investigators of serious crimes in Pec and Dukagjini. The murder of Sebahate Tolaj and wounding of Isuf Haklaj and Hysen Lataj is another serious criminal act that seriously threatens the freedom in Kosova. This killing is another black chronicle of killings in Dukagjin. Will these killings in Dukagjin and Kosovo end once and for all times?

These KLA=Albanian death camps must be investigated. This investigation is eleven years too late. Albania should have sanctions imposed on it until it allows a complete investigation into its role in supporting the KLA and it's alleged organ trafficking. It seems to be a source of instability in the Balkans, particularly Serbia and Macedonia.
